Digitaalselt väljastatava tunnistuse täiendusõppeprogrammi osalejale ja tunnistus täiendusõppijale registreerimise tulemusel dokument digitembeldatakse ja saadetakse DHISi.
Teavitus dokumendi saajale saadetakse DHISist siis, kui samale täiendusõppijale on sama toimumise eest ka kavastavalt kas tunnistuse lisa täiendusõppeprogrammil osalejale või tunnistuse lisa täiendusõppijale registreeritud, digitembeldatud ja DHISi saadetud.
