Kinnitatud õppekava andmetesse lisatud õppekorralduse spetsialistil on ÕIS2 keskkonnas õppekorralduse spetsialisti rollis võimalik otsida õppijate andmeid.

Õppija kiirotsingu väli asub ÕIS2 keskkonna päises (vaata joonist).


Õppijat saate otsida järgmiste tunnuste alusel:


Otsitakse kõikide õppijate hulgast, st nii hetkel kehtiva, tulevikus algava kui ka lõppenud õppekohaga isikute seast.

Kui otsisõnale vastab tulemusi, kuvatakse tulemuste nimekiri.

Õppija andmete vaatamiseks vajutage otsitulemuste nimekirjas õppija nimele, seejärel kuvatakse menüü esimessse plokki lisaks õppija menüü.

Õppija otsing ees- ja/või perekonna nime järgi

Nime järgi otsimisel on kasutusel algoritmi esimene versioon. Algoritm on täiendamisel.


Õppijat saate otsida eesnime, perekonnanime ja ees- ning perekonnanime ning nende alguste järgi.

Otsingu toimimiseks tuleb sisestada vähemalt kolm tähemärki:

  • ainult eesnime järgi otsides sisestage vähemalt eesnime kolm esimest tähte, nt 'AAA'

  • ainult perekonnanime järgi otsides sisestage vähemalt kolm perekonnanime esimest tähte, nt 'BBB'

  • otsides ees- ja perekonnanime järgi sisestage kokku vähemalt kolm tähte. Ees-ja perekonnanime alguseid tähistavad tähed peavad olema tühikuga eraldatud nt 'AA B' või 'A BB'.


Kui õppija ees- ja/või perekonnanimes on mitu nime, tuleb õppija leidmiseks sisestada tähemärgid esimese eesnime ja esimese perekonnanime algusest.

Näiteks otsing teostatakse, kui väljale on sisestatud:

  • Tuuli Teele Tudeng Tarkpea
  • Tuuli Teele Tudeng Tarkpea
  • Tuuli Teele Tudeng Tarkpea
  • Tuuli Teele Tudeng Tarkpea
  • Tuuli Teele Tudeng Tarkpea

Väga levinud nimede korral soovitame otsingus kasutada ees-ja perekonnanime kombinatsiooni, nt 'AAA BBB'.

Kui te ei leia õppijat nime järgi otsides, proovige otsida matrikli numbri või isikukoodi järgi. Isikukood ja matriklinumber on unikaalsed tunnused, st need on seotud ainult ühe isikuga.

Matriklinumbri järgi otsimiseks sisestage vähemalt kolm sümbolit matriklinumbri algusest.

A person who is included in the confirmed curriculum as a academic affairs specialist counselling the learners of the curriculum can search for learners. 

The learner quick search field is located in the header of SIS2 (see figure). 


You can search for a learner by the following criteria:


The search is performed from all students, i.e from the current, starting and ending student places.

If there are results matching the search term, a list of results is displayed.

To view student information, click the student's name in the list of search results, then the student menu is displayed in the first block of the SIS menu. 

Õppija otsing ees- ja/või perekonna nime järgi

The first version of the algorithm is used to search by name. The algorithm is being updated. 


You can search for a student by first name, surname, and first name and surname and their beginnings.

You must enter at least three characters for the search to work:

  • enter at least the first three symbols of the first name when searching by first name only, eg 'AAA'
  • enter at least the first three symbols of the surname when searching by surname only, eg 'BBB'
  • enter at least three symbols in total when searching by first name and surname. Symbols indicating the beginning of the first name and surname must be separated by a space, eg 'AA B' or 'A BB'. 


If there are several names in the student's first name and / or surname, the characters from the beginnings of the first first name and first surname must be entered to make the search successful.

For example, a search is performed when the following is entered in the field: 

  • Tuuli Teele Tudeng Tarkpea
  • Tuuli Teele Tudeng Tarkpea
  • Tuuli Teele Tudeng Tarkpea
  • Tuuli Teele Tudeng Tarkpea
  • Tuuli Teele Tudeng Tarkpea

For very common names, we recommend using a combination of first and last name, such as 'AAA BBB'. 

If you can't find the learner by name, try searching by study book number or personal code. The personal code and the study book number are unique features, i.e they are related to only one person.
