Milleks Õppejõu rolli esindamine?

Õppejõu rolli esindamisel saab kasutaja õppejõu rollis oleva isiku ÕISi vaate ning vajadusel ka mõningaid tema tegevusi läbi viia. Pane tähele, et tegevused, mida õppejõu esindamise rollis teha saab, on piiratud.

What is Representation of the role of the lecturer for?

In representing the role of the lecturer, the user can view the SIS view of the that lecturer and, if necessary, perform some of his or her activities. Please note that number of actions that can be performed in the role of representing the lecturer are limited.

Kuidas esindada õppejõudu?

Selleks, et õppejõu rolli esindada, tuleb kasutada funktsiooni Otsi õppejõudu, mis asub ÕIS2 keskkonna päises (joonisel p.1). Vaikimisi on otsingu kriteeriumiks TUD 8tudeng), kuid noolele vajutades (joonisel p.2) saab otsingu kriteeriumiks valida ÕJ (õppejõud) (joonisel 2).

How to represent a lecturer?

To be able to represent a lecturer, you need to use Search lecturer feature (figure p.1). By default, the search criterion is ST (student), however, by clicking on the arrow (figure p.2), you can choose LECT (lecturer) as the search criterion (figure 2).

Õppejõu otsingu kasutamiseks tuleb valida õppekorralduse spetsialisti roll.

To use the lecturer search, you must select the role of a academic affairs specialist.

Õppejõu leidmiseks sisesta otsingukasti õppejõu nimi. Nime sisestamisel piisab eesnime ja perenime kolmest esimesest tähest. Kui otsisõnale vastab tulemusi, kuvatakse tulemuste nimekiri.

Õppejõu menüü nägemiseks vajuta otsitulemuste nimekirjas õppejõu nimele, misjärel kuvatakse tema menüü esimesse plokki.

Õppejõu menüüsse kuvatakse õppejõu tegevused ÕISis ja selle kaudu saate vaadata selle õppejõu ÕISi vaadet.

Õppejõudu esindades saate:

To find the lecturer, enter his or her name in the search box. When entering the name, the first three letters of the first and the last name is sufficient. If there are results matching the search term, a list of results is displayed.

To view lecturer's menu, click the lecturers' name in the list of search results, then the menu is displayed in the first block of the SIS menu. The lecturers' activities in SIS are displayed in the lecturers' menu and you can view their SIS view by clicking menu links.
