Representation of the role of the lecturer allows to see the menu of the lecturer.

Milleks Õppejõu rolli esindamine?

Õppejõu rolli esindamisel saad õppejõu rollis oleva isiku ÕISi vaate ning vajadusel ka mõningaid tema tegevusi läbi viia. Pane tähele, et tegevused, mida õppejõu esindamise rollis teha saad, on piiratud.

Õppejõudu esindades saad:

• vaadata õppejõu loetavaid aineid ning teha õppeaine versioonis muudatusi  ??? lubatud???
• vaadata õppejõu juhendamisi

What is Representation of the role of the lecturer for?

In representing the role of the lecturer, you can view the SIS view of that lecturer and, if necessary, perform some of his or her activities. Please note that number of actions that you can perform in the role of representing the lecturer is limited.

Representing the lecturer, you can:

• see the lecturers' courses and make changes in the course version ???allowed???
• view lecturers' supervisions

Kuidas esindada õppejõudu?

Selleks, et õppejõu rolli esindada, kasuta funktsiooni Otsi õppejõudu, mis asub ÕIS2 keskkonna päises (joonisel p. 1). Vaikimisi on otsingu kriteeriumiks TUD (tudeng) (joonisel p. 2). 

TUD nupule vajutades saad otsingu kriteeriumiks valida ÕJ (õppejõud).

How to represent a lecturer?

To be able to represent a lecturer, use Search lecturer feature (figure p. 1). By default, the search criterion is ST (student) (figure p. 2).

By clicking on the ST button , you can choose LECT (lecturer) as the search criterion.

Õppejõu leidmiseks sisesta otsingukasti õppejõu nimi. Nime sisestamisel piisab eesnime ja perenime kolmest esimesest tähest. Kui otsisõnale vastab tulemusi, kuvatakse tulemuste nimekiri.

Vajuta otsitulemuste nimekirjas soovitud õppejõu nimele ning esimesse plokki ilmub lisamenüü pealkirjaga Õppejõu menüü.

Õppejõu menüüsse kuvatakse õppejõu tegevused ÕISis. Õppeained valikule (joonis p. 1) vajutades kuvatakse õppejõu loetavad õppeained (joonis p. 2) mis jaotuvad kolmeks: Hetke semester (joonis p. 3), Tulevased semestrid (joonis p. 4) ning Vanemad õppeained (joonis p. 5). Vajadusel saad otsida selle õppejõu konkreetset õppeainet lehe paremal ülemises nurgas asuva õppeainete otsinguga (joonis p. 6). 

Õppeaineid saad otsida:

• eesti- või ingliskeelse nimetuse osa järgi
• ainekoodi osa järgi

Õppeaine versioonide loendist saad liikuda vastavalt vajadusele õppeaine versiooni:

• Moodle'i seoste lehele,
• õppeaine versiooni andmete lehele,
• Toimumiste lehele,
• Registreerunute lehele
• Tagaside lehele.

Juhendamised valikule (joonis p. 1) vajutades kuvatakse valitud õppejõu juhendamised, mida saad filtreerida õppeastme järgi (joonis p. 2). Kui soovid näha konkreetse tudengi juhendamist, siis sisesta selle tudengi nimi otsingukasti (joonis p. 3). Samuti saad vaadata lõppenud juhendamisi vajutades Näita ka lõppenud juhendamisi nupule (joonis p. 4).

To find the lecturer, enter his or her name in the search box. When entering the name, the first three letters of the first and the last name is sufficient. If there are results matching the search term, a list of results is displayed.

Click on the lecturers' name in the list of search results. An additional menu titled Lecturer menu is now displayed in the first block.

The lecturers' activities in SIS are displayed in the lecturers' menu. By clicking on Courses (figure p. 1), the courses of the chosen lecturer are displayed (figure p. 2). The courses are categorized as: Current semester (figure p. 3), Future semesters (figure p. 4) and Older courses (figure p. 5). If necessary, you can search for a specific course of that lecturer using a search field displayed in the upper right corner  (figure p. 6). 

You can search for courses by:

• part of the course title in Estonian or English
• part of the course code

From the course version list you can move, if necessary, to:

• Moodle settings page
• Course version info page
• Events page
• Registrations page
• Feedback page

Instructions option (figure p. 1) will display chosen lecturers' supervisions that can be filtered by level of study (figure p. 2). If you wish to see supervision of a particular student, enter his or her name in to the search field (figure p. 3). You can also view inactive supervisions by clicking on Show also inactive instructions (figure p. 4).
