_ÕIS2 Programmijuhi toimingud õppekava/versiooni kinnitamiseks - Programme director actions to confirm curriculum/version

Otsi ÕISist üles soovitud õppekava.
Programmijuhi rollis kuvatakse töölauale ka jaotis Minu õppekavad, mille kaudu saab kiiremini otsida, vaata juhendit minu õppekavad.
Samuti kuvatakse vaade Minu kinnitamised.

In SIS find the related curriculum.
When the programme manager role is selected, the curricula can be found on the My curricula widget, see the instruction my curricula.
You also see My confirmations view.

Õppekava/versiooni kinnitamise lehele minek

Mine Minu kinnitamised vaatesse, vajutades sellel (1).

Seejärel vali, millist ootel olevat õppekava (2) või versiooni (3) soovid kinnitada.

Avanevas õppekava/versiooni kinnitamise vaates vali leht Kooskõlastamine.

Going to the curriculum/version confirmation page

Go to My confirmations view by pressing on it (1).

Then choose which pending curriculum (2) or version (3) you want to confirm.

In the curriculum/version approval view that opens, select the Approval sheet.

Õppekava/versiooni kinnitamine (kooskõlastuse etapid)

Sellel lehel saab:
1 – anda oma nõusoleku
2 – lisada kommentaari
3 – eemaldada/muuta/lisada kooskõlastamise etapi
4 – kinnitada või tagasi lükata selle õppekava/versiooni.

Praegu kasutame me lihtsustatud kinnitamise viisi. Piisab sellest, kui programmijuht vajutab kõige lõpus nuppu (4) Kinnitan ÕIS-is või nuppu Lükka tagasi (koos seejärel ilmuvas aknas lühikommentaari lisamisega).
Kasutada võib soovi korral ka võimalusi 1 ja 2.
Muid etappe (3) ei ole vaja kasutada, nendega ei pea midagi tegema.

Confirmation of the curriculum/version (approval stages)

On this sheet you can:
1 – give your consent
2 – add a comment
3 - remove/modify/add the approval stage
4 - confirm or reject this curriculum/version.

We are currently using a simplified method of confirmation. It is enough for the programme director to press the button at the very end (4) Confirm in SIS or the Reject button (with the addition of a short comment in the window that then appears).
Options 1 and 2 can also be used if desired.
It is not necessary to use other stages (3), you do not have to do anything with them.
