Programmijuhi rollis kuvatakse töölauale Minu õppekavad vidinas õppekavad, mille programmijuht te praegu olete (joonisel p 1).

  • Täpsema info vaatamiseks, andmete haldamiseks või nende õppekavade, mille programmijuht olete varem olnud, nägemiseks vajutage vidina pealkirjale. Samale lehele jõuate ka siis, kui vajutate programmijuhi menüü lingile Minu õppekavad (joonisel p 2).
  • Mõne kindla õppekavaga tegelemiseks vajutage selle õppkava reale.


Iga õppekava kaardile kuvatakse

  • õppekava nimetus
  • õppekava kood
  • õppekava õppeaste
  • programmijuhiks olemise algus- ja lõppkuupäev, kui need on õppekava andmetesse sisestatud.

Suletud õppekava kaardile kuvatakse silt Suletud.

Kui programmijuhi roll ei ole aktiivne (on lõppenud või ei ole veel alanud), kuvatakse õppekava andmed heledamas kirjas.


Õppekava info vaatamiseks vajutage Õppekava info ikoonile (vt joonis).


Õppekavasse kuuluvate õppeainete haldamiseks vajutage õppekava kaardile (vt joonis).


Iga õppekava lehel on:

  • õppekava nimetus, maht, kood, õppeaste, olek, õppekava andmete viimase muutmise kuupäev
  • ikoon õppekava vaatamiseks (joonisel p 1)
  • nupp tagasi õppekavade nimekirja lehele liikumiseks (joonisel p 2)
  • õppekava versiooni ja õppekavasse kuuluvate õppeinete versioonide filtrid (joonisel p 3)
  • õppekavva kuuluvate õppeainete ja nende õppeainete versioonide loetelu.


Iga õppeaine kohta on õppekava lehel:

  • õppeaine nimetus, ainekood, maht
  • ikoon õppeaine üldandmete vaatamiseks (joonisel p 1)
  • mooduli nimetus, millesse õppeaine õppekavas kuulub (joonisel p 2)
  • õppeaine versioonide tähised
  • õppeaine versiooni andmete viimase muutmise kuupäev (joonisel p 3)
  • ikoon õppeaine versiooni andmete vaatamiseks (joonisel p 4)
  • ikoon õppeaine toimumiste vaatamiseks (joonisel p 5)


When the programme manager role is selected, the curricula for which you are currently the programme manager are displayed on the My curricula widget (Figure 1).

  • Click on the widget title to view more information, manage data, or view your previous curricula. You can also reach the same page by clicking the My curricula link in the programme manager menu (Figure 2).
  • To work on a specific curriculum, click on that curriculum line.


Each card displayes

  • name of the curriculum
  • curriculum code
  • curriculum degree
  • the start and end dates of the role as programme director, if they are entered in the curriculum data

The closed curriculum card displays Closed label.

If the programme director role is not active (has ended or has not yet started), curriculum information is displayed in lighter shade.


To view curriculum information, click on the Curriculum page icon (see figure). 


To manage the courses in the curriculum, click on the curriculum card (see figure).


Each curriculum page has:

  • curriculum name, volume, code, degree, status, date of last modification of curriculum data
  • icon for viewing the curriculum (Figure 1)
  • button to return to the curriculum list page (Figure 2)
  • filters for the curriculum version and the versions of the subjects included in the curriculum (Figure 3)
  • a list of the courses included in the curriculum and the syllabi these courses.


For each subject, the curriculum page contains:

  • course title, corse code, volume
  • icon for viewing general course data (Figure 1)
  • the title of the module to which the course belongs in the curriculum (Figure 2)
  • course version
  • date of last modification of the course version data (Figure 3)
  • icon to view course version information (Figure 4)
  • icon for viewing events of the course version (Figure 5)
