Isik võib olla ülikooli töötaja või inimene väljastpoolt ülikooli. Ülikooli töötaja saab leida otsinguga andmebaasist. Täpsem otsinguvaade avaneb, kui vajutada otsingukasti kõrval noole ikoonil.

Juhul kui mõne isiku (nt VÕTA nõustaja ja õppekorralduse spetsialisti) andmetes on andmevälju, mille väärtused rippmenüüs pärinevad mõnest eelnevast või järgnevast plokist, peavad need väärtused olema vastavas plokis enne sisestatud, et neid saaks siin valida. Näiteks eriala nimetus (plokis Eriala ja kraad) või õppevorm (plokis Kirjeldus) või õppetöö toimumiskohad (plokis Üldinfo).
Vajadusel saab tulla pärast siia plokki tagasi ja väärtust uuesti valida/muuta.

Structural units of university as administrators are included in Administrators block. Also education institutions for joint curriculum.

A person can be a staff member of university or person outside the university. Staff members can be searched from database. For more search options press arrow icon next to the search box.

If there are data fields (e.g. for RPL advisor and academic affairs specialist) which values in the drop-down menu come from one of the previous or subsequent blocks, these values must be entered in the corresponding block beforehand so that it can be selected here. For example, the name of the speciality (Speciality and degree block) or the study form (Description block) or study venue (General info block). If necessary, you can come back later and select/change the value here in the block again.
