Automaatsed teavitused - Automatic notifications

Õppijatele saadetakse ÕISi kaudu mitmeid automaatseid teateid. Kõik ÕISi kaudu saadetavad automaatsed teated saadetakse õppija teadete postkasti ja õppija kontaktandmetes olevale e-posti aadressile.

Automaatne teavitus saadetakse:

kui üliõpilaskandidaadi vastuvõtuavaldus tuuakse SAISist ÕISi ja tal on juba Tartu Ülikoolis kehtiv üliõpilase või välisüliõpilase õppekoht.
kui õppija on kinnitanud ÕISis, et on tutvunud TÜs õppimist puudutavate eeskirjadega.
kui õppija akadeemilise puhkuse lõppkuupäevani on aega 7 päeva.
kui õppija õppe lõpukuupäevani on aega 28 ja 7 päeva.
kui õppija kohta on registreeritud korraldus (eksmatrikuleerimine, akadeemiline puhkus, õppeaja pikendamine, õppekulude hüvitamine, õppetoetuse või stipendiumi määramine jms).
kui õppija stipendiumi või õppetoetuse taotlust ei rahuldata.
kui õppija pääs eksamile, millele ta on registreeritud, keelatakse.
kui ainele, mille kuulajate järjekorras õppija on, vabaneb koht.
kui õppija välismaal õppimine lõpeb.
kui on võimalik täita õppekava tagasiside ankeeti.
kui õppija kohta on ÕISis aktiveeritud hoiatus akadeemilise petturluse eest.

Several automatic notifications are sent to learners via the SIS. All automatic notifications sent through SIS are sent to the learner's SIS message and to the learner's contact email.

if the student's application for admission is brought from SAIS to SIS and the student already has a valid student or internationa student's study place at the University of Tartu.
if the student has confirmed in SIS that they have read the rules concerning studying at UT.
if there is 7 days until the end of the student's academic leave.
if the student has 28 and 7 days to the end of study.
if there is an order for the student (ex-matriculation, academic leave, extension of study time, reimbursement of study expenses, award of study allowance or scholarship, etc.).
if the student's application for a stipend or study allowance is not accepted.
if a student is denied access to the exam for which he or she has been enrolled.
when it becomes available to register for the course from the waiting list.
if the student's studying abroad ends.
if it is possible to fill in the curriculum feedback questionnaire.
if n warning for academic fraud has been activated in the SIS for the student.
