Õppeaine on mingi teadmiste valdkonna õpetamise, õppetegevuse ning õpiväljundite
hindamise organiseeritud ühik.

Õppeaines planeeritakse õppetöö igaks õppeaine toimumise semestriks koostatavas
õppeaine versioonis.

Õppeainesse registreerumise eelduseks on see, et on olemas õppeaine versioon ja õppeaine versioon on registreerumiseks avatud.
