Kinnitatud olekus õppekava versiooni andmeid saab muuta õppeosakonna töötaja.
Erandina saab programmijuht kinnitatud oleku puhul muuta järgmisi andmevälju:

When status of curriculum is "to be created" the programme director can make version changes.

When status of curriculum is "confirmed" the version data can be changed by staff member of the office of academic affairs.
As exception those fields can be changed by programme director when status "confirmed" is valid:
