Grades can be entered by anyone who has been added as a lecturer to a course version. Currently, grades can only be entered by a person with a role of a lecturer. As long as no grades have been entered or confirmed in the SIS 2, you still start entering grades in the SIS 1. If you or any other lecturer for the courses has started entering grades in the SIS 1, a corresponding message will be displayed in the SIS 2 and the entry of grades must be continued in the SIS 1. |
When you have chosen the role a lecturer, the widget "My courses" will be displayed on the SIS 2 desktop, which contains all the courses you read during the current semester. Image Modified
By clicking on the course name in the courses list, you will be redirected to the page of the specific course, where you can view different versions for the course (see p 1), open the syllabus for the selected version in a new window (see p 2), view the events of the selected course version (see p 3), enter the grades of the course version (see p 4) and view the feedback of the selected course version (see p 5). If you are not related to any course this semester, you can use the widget to navigate to the "My courses" menu, which contains data on all courses related to you. If you have found the course for which you would like to enter grades in the list for current semester, you can do so on the grade page of the course. Clicking the "Grades" button (see p 5) will take you to the summary view of the grading sheets. By default, all students on the grading sheets created within the given version of the course with the grades entered on them and the lecturers who evaluated the students are displayed. |
