Oma tunniplaani andmeid on võimalik importida iCal formaati toetavatesse kalendriprogrammidesse (Microsoft Outlook 365, Thunderbird Lightning, MacOSX iCal, Google Calendar vms).
Warning
Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013 jt vanemad versioonid ei interpreteeri suveajal ajavööndi infot õigesti ja seetõttu on lingi abil lisatud kalendris toimumiste algusajad 1 tunni võrra tegelikest hilisemad. Soovitame kasutada mõnda muud kalenderprogrammi.
URLi genereerimiseks vajutage paremal ülaservas nupule iCal viide (vt joonis).
URL genereeritakse ja kopeeritakse lõikepuhvrisse. Kopeeritud lingi abil saate lisada uue kalendri iCal formaati toetavasse kalenderprogrammi.
Kui soovite URLi uuesti kopeerida, vajutage lingile (joonisel p 1) ja kopeerige uues aknas kuvatud link.
Kui soovite genereerida uue URLi, vajutage värskendamise ikoonile (joonisel p 2).
Note
Iga uue kalendri genereerimisega muutub eelmine URL kehtetuks.

Export of timetable information

The information of the your personal timetable can be imported to calendar programmes supporting the iCal format (Microsoft Outlook 365, Thunderbird Lightning, MacOSX, iCal, Google Calendar, etc).
Warning
Older versions of Outlook (Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, and others) do not correctly interpret time zone information during daylight saving time, and therefore the start times of events on the calendar added using the link are 1 hour later than they actually are.We recommend using another calendar program.
Click the iCal link (see figure) at the top right to generate the URL.
The URL is generated and copied to the clipboard.You can use the copied link to add a new calendar to a calendar program that supports the iCal format.
If you want to copy the URL again, click on the link (Figure 1) and copy the link displayed in the new window.
If you want to generate a new URL, click on the refresh icon (Figure 2).
Note
Each time a new calendar is generated, the previous URL becomes invalid.
