Vajaduse korral saab otse edasi klõpsata konkreetsele atesteerimisdokumendile, kust see tegevus pärineb.
The results report provides an overview of the research outcomes produced by the doctoral student throughout their studies—articles, presentations, patents, and so on. It serves as a compilation that brings together all significant activities in one place, eliminating the need to review each progress review document separately.
The results report is generated automatically—the doctoral student does not need to compile it separately. The system collects information from the doctoral student’s progress reports and compiles it into a single view. Information from progress reports that are in draft or shared status is not displayed in the results report.
The report displays only those activities that are marked as mandatory for the program. For each activity, you can see its title, type (e.g., article, presentation), and current status (how far along the activity is). If necessary, you can click directly through to the specific progress review document from which the activity originates.
If the same activity appears in multiple progress review documents (e.g. an article has been listed for three consecutive years), it will be displayed once in the report – based on the information from the most recent progress review report.
Kohustuslike tegevuste aruandesse kuvatakse tegevused atesteerimisaruandelt, mis on vähemalt kooskõlastamise ootel olekus. Mustandis ja jagatud olekus olevate atesteerimisaruannete tegevusi ei kuvata Tulemused vaates.
TEEKis doktorantide nimekirja vaates vajuta doktorandil, kelle tulemuste aruannet soovid näha (joonisel).
Vajuta Tulemused vahelehel (joonisel).
Tulemuste aruandes kuvatakse sulle doktorandi atesteerimisaruannetelt olevad programmi kohustuslikud tegevused (joonisel). Iga tegevuse kohta kuvatakse tegevuse nimetust, olekut ning kuhu atesteerimisaruandesse see tegevus kuulub.
Kui soovid liikuda atesteerimisaruande juurde, kuhu see tegevus kuulub, vajuta atesteerimisaruande versiooni nupule (joonisel).
Kui sama tegevus esineb mitmel atesteerimisdokumendil – näiteks on doktorant sama artiklit märkinud juba kolmel aastal järjest – kuvatakse see aruandes ühe korra. Oleku info tuleb kõige uuemalt atesteerimisdokumendilt. Küll aga näed tegevuse all nupukestena kõiki atesteerimisdokumente, kus see tegevus esineb – igale neist saad vajutades otse edasi minna. Kui tegevus on esinenud rohkem kui kolmel dokumendil, koondatakse ülejäänud ühe „Näita kõiki" nupu alla.
The results report only displays program's mandatory activities from a progress review report that is at least in the eaiting acceptance state. Activities from progress review reports that are in the Draft and Shared states are not displayed in the Results view.
In TEEK, in the list of doctoral students, click on the doctoral student whose results report you want to see (see figure).
Click on Results tab (see figure).
The results report will show you the program's mandatory activities (see figure) added into the doctoral student's progress review documents. For each activity, the name of the activity, its status, and which progress review report the activity belongs to are displayed.
If you want to navigate to the progress review report that includes this activity, click on the progress review report version button (see figure).
If the same activity appears in multiple evaluation documents—for example, if a doctoral student has listed the same article for three consecutive years—it will be displayed only once in the report. The status information is taken from the most recent evaluation document. However, you will see all the evaluation documents where this activity appears listed as buttons under the activity—you can click on any of them to go directly to that document. If the activity appears in more than three documents, the remaining ones are grouped under a single "Show all" button.
