Õppekava/versiooni olekud, nupud nende kasutamiseks

ÕISi sisestatud õppekava üldandmed ja õppekava versiooni andmed kinnitab õppekava programmijuht.

Statuses of the curriculum/version and buttons to change them

Both, general data of curriculum and curriculum version data entered into SIS is confirmed by the programme director.

Õppekava ja versiooni olekud on sellises järjestuses: loomisel → sisekasutuses → kinnitamisel → kinnitatud.
Kõik olekud peavad olema selles järjekorras läbitud.
Vajadusel saab olekute vahel liikuda ka tagurpidi, kui selgub, et andmetes on vaja midagi muuta.

The statuses of the curriculum and version are in this sequence: to be created → registered → unconfirmed, → confirmed.
All states must be passed in this order.
If necessary, you can also move backwards between states if it turns out that something needs to be changed in the data.

ÕISis on oleku muutmiseks olemas nupud. Need leiab nii paremalt ülevalt pliiatsiikooni alt (1) kui ka lehe allosast (2). Vastavalt õppekava/versiooni olekule kuvatakse erinevaid nuppe.

Kui Sisekasutuses õppekava/versioon on kinnitamiseks valmis, peab programmijuht või õppekorralduse spetsialist, kes andmed sisestas, vajutama nuppu Esita kinnitamiseks. Seejärel saab õppekava programmijuht selle kinnitada. Kinnitamist ootav õppekava/versioon ilmub ka programmijuhi ÕISi töölauale.

In SIS, there are buttons for changing the status. You can find them both at the top right under the pencil icon (1) and at the bottom of the page (2). According to the status of the curriculum/version, different buttons are displayed.

When the Registered curriculum/version is ready for confirmation, the programme director or the academic affairs specialist who entered the data must press the Submit for confirmation button. The programme director of the curriculum can then confirm this. The curriculum/version awaiting confirmation will also appear on the programme director's SIS desk.

Kinnitamisel olevat versiooni muuta-täiendada ei saa, ühtki nuppu ei ilmu.
Programmijuht peab õppekava kas kinnitama või tagasi lükkama.

It is not possible to change or supplement the version that has status Unconfirmed, no buttons will appear.
The programme director must either confirm or reject the version.

Programmijuhi toimingud õppekava/versiooni kinnitamiseks

Otsi ÕISist üles soovitud õppekava.
Programmijuhi rollis kuvatakse töölauale ka jaotis Minu õppekavad, mille kaudu saab kiiremini otsida, vaata juhendit minu õppekavad.
Samuti kuvatakse vaade Minu kinnitamised.

Programme director actions to confirm curriculum/version

In SIS find the related curriculum.
When the programme manager role is selected, the curricula can be found on the My curricula widget, see the instruction my curricula.
You also see My confirmations view.

Mine Minu kinnitamised vaatesse, vajutades sellel (1).

Seejärel vali, millist ootel olevat õppekava (2) või versiooni (3) soovid kinnitada.

Avanevas õppekava/versiooni kinnitamise vaates vali leht Kooskõlastamine.

Going to the curriculum/version confirmation page

Go to My confirmations view by pressing on it (1).

Then choose which pending curriculum (2) or version (3) you want to confirm.

In the curriculum/version approval view that opens, select the Approval sheet.

Õppekava/versiooni kinnitamine (kooskõlastuse etapid)

Sellel lehel saab:
1 – anda oma nõusoleku
2 – lisada kommentaari
3 – eemaldada/muuta/lisada kooskõlastamise etapi
4 – kinnitada või tagasi lükata selle õppekava/versiooni.

Confirmation of the curriculum/version (approval stages)

On this sheet you can:
1 – give your consent
2 – add a comment
3 - remove/modify/add the approval stage
4 - confirm or reject this curriculum/version.
