Hinnet saab muuta ainult õppijale hinde määranud õppejõud või õppeaine vastutav õppejõud.

Vastutav õppejõud saab muuta kõiki hindeid.

Kinnitamata hinnet saad muuta ja kustutada jooksvalt.

Millal pean hinnet muutma?

Hinnet pead muutma, kui märkad, et õppijale on sisestatud vale tulemus või kui hinde juurde on määratud vale hindamise kuupäev.

Hinnet pead muutma ka juhul, kui õppija ei ole hindamisele ilmunud ja talle on määratud hinne "mitteilmunud" ning kui õppija on esitanud viie tööpäeva jooksul alates hindamisest puudumise mõjuva põhjuse kohta tõendi.

Juhul kui hinne on kinnitamata, siis ei pea ÕIS-i sisetama hinde muutmise põhjendust.

Juhul kui hinne on juba kinnitatud, siis tuleb hinne tühistada ning lisada ka hinde tühistamise põhjendus. ÕIS-i sisestatud põhjendust näeb ka üliõpilane.

When do I have to change the grade?

You have to change the grade, when you notice that the submitted grade is incorrect or when the assessment date is incorrect.

You also have to change the grade when a student fails to appear for the assessment on the selected date and a "not present" is recorded. If the student provides evidence of the good reason within five working days from the date of assessment the entry "not present" is revoked.

When the grade is not confirmed by the lecturer you don't have to enter the explanation.

When the grade has already been confirmed, in order to change the submitted grade, the submitted grade must be cancelled. To cancel the grade an explanation must be entered and the student will be able to see the description.
