Kinnitus Tartu Ülikoolis õppimist puudutavate eeskirjadega tutvumise kohta - Confirmation about reading the regulations concerning studies at the University of Tartu

Esmakordsel ÕISi sisenemisel, pärast üliõpilase, välisüliõpilase, külalisüliõpilase, väliskülalisüliõpilase, täiendusõppija ja eksterni õppekoha tekkimist, kuvatakse Tartu Ülikoolis õppimist puudutavate eeskirjadega tutvumise kinnituse leht.

Õppijal tuleb igal õppekohal anda eraldi kinnitus. Kui sisselogimise hetkel on õppijal mitu õppekohta, siis annab ta ühe kinnituse iga õppekoha eest.

Kui ÕISi kasutamise keel on eesti keel, siis kuvatakse eestikeelne tekst. Kui ÕISi kasutamise keel on inglise keel, siis kuvatakse ingliskeelne tekst. Soovi korral on võimalik teate keelt muuta.

Enne õpingute algust võta palun pisut aega ning tutvu õigusaktide ja muude dokumentidega, mis puudutavad Sinu õppetöö korraldust, häid tavasid, andmekaitset ja õppeinfosüsteemi kasutamist.

Olen eelnimetatud dokumentidega tutvunud ja hoian ennast edaspidi nende muudatustega kursis.

Kõik vajalikud dokumendid leiad pärast kinnitamist ka menüüpunktist „Tingimused ja tugi“.

Kinnitamise tulemusel saadetakse esmakordse sisselogimise kinnituse teade postkasti ja ÕISi kontaktandmetesse märgitud kinnitaja e-posti aadressidele. Kirja sisu on eesti ja inglise keeles.

Kui soovitakse hiljem uuesti õigusaktidega tutvuda või kinnituse teksti uuesti lugeda, saab seda teha lehelt Tingimused ja tugi.

The confirmation page of having read the regulations concerning studies at the University of Tartu is displayed when entering the SIS for the first time after the study place of a student, international student, visiting student, international visiting student, continuing education learner or external student was created.

The learner has to give a separate confirmation for each study place. If the learner has several study places at the moment of logging in, s/he gives one confirmation for each study place.

If the language of using the SIS is Estonian, the text is displayed in Estonian. If the language of using the SIS is English, the text is displayed in English. If desired, the language of the message can be changed.

Before the beginning of your studies, take a little time for acquainting yourself with the legal acts and other documents concerning the arrangement of your studies, good practices, data protection and using the Study Information System.

I have acquainted myself with the aforementioned documents and will keep up with changes in them in the future.

You can find all the necessary documents after confirmation in the menu point "Terms and support".

After confirmation a e-mail about confirmation of initial login is sent to the SIS mailbox of messages and e-mail addresses given in the SIS contact data. The content of the letter is in Estonian and English.

The legal acts or the text of confirmation can be read again if desired in the menu point "Terms and support".
