Määramata mahuga õppeaine versiooni hinnete lisamine

Kui osadega õppeaine versiooni andmetes on maht määramata, ei ole ÕIS2 hinnetelehel hinnete sisestamisel võimalik määrata õppija õppetulemuse mahtu.

Kui alustasid hinnete sisestamist ÕIS2-hes, võta meiega ühendust ois.tugi@ut.ee ja teata iga õppija õppetulemuse maht, et saaksime selle tulemuse andmetesse lisada.

Võimalusel kasuta sellise õppeaine versiooni hinnete sisestamiseks ÕIS1 keskkonda.

Adding grades for a course version with not specified volume

If the volume of the course version taught in parts is not specified, it is not possible to set the volume of the learner's study result when entering grades in SIS2.

If you started entering grades in SIS2, please contact us at ois.tugi@ut.ee and state the volume of each learner's study result so that we can add this to the grade data.

If possible, use SIS1 to enter grades to such a course version.

Õppijale ei kuvata hinnetelehele sisestatud vahetulemusi

Praegu ei näidata õppijale tema õppetulemuste lehel välja õppeaine versiooni hinnetelehele sisestatud vahetulemusi.

The intermediate results entered in the grading sheet are not displayed to the learner

At the moment, the intermediate results entered in the course version grading sheet are not shown to the learner on the page of their study results.

Õppija õppetulemuste lehele ja ÕIS1 eksamiprotokolli ei kuvata kõiki hinnanud õppejõude

Kui õppijat hindasid mitu õppejõudu ühiselt, siis on kõik need õppejõud hinnete lehel hinde juurde lisada. Praegu kuvatakse õppija õppetulemuste lehel ja ÕIS1 eksamiprotokollis õppijat hinnanud õppejõuna välja ainult selle õppejõu nimi, kes on hinnetelehel hinde juures esimesena kuvatud.

The report and the learner's study results page do not display all the lecturers who have assessed the learner

If a student has been assessed jointly by several lecturers, all these lecturers will be added to the grade on the grades sheet. Currently, only the name of the teacher who is first displayed next to the grade on the grading sheet is displayed on the student's learning outcomes page and in the ÕIS1 examination report.

Protokolli vaates kuupäeva vorming

Protokollis kuvatakse tulemuse kuupäev prargu kujul aaaa-kk-pp, nt 2022-04-29. 

Date format in the report view

The report shows the date of the result in the form yyyy-mm-dd, eg 2022-04-29.

Õppekorralduse spetsialist ei näe protokolle

Õppekorralduse spetsialistil avaneb nupule ÕIS2 eksamiprotokoll vajutamise järel tühi leht ja lehe sisu ei kuvata.

Reports are not shown to academic affairs specialist 

After clicking ÕIS2 eksamiprotokoll, a blank page will open for the academic affairs specialist and the content of the page will not be displayed.

Haldustoel puudub hinnete haldamise võimalus

Kui isik on lisatud haldustoena õppeaine versiooni andmetesse ja tal ei olnud juba varasemast õppejõu või õppekorralduse spetsialisti rolli, siis ei teki talle ligipääsu õppeaine versiooni hinnetelehe andmetele.

There is no way to manage grades with administrative support

If a person has been added as administrative support to the data of the course version and did not already have the role of a lecturer or academic affairs specialist, they will not have access to the data of the course version grading sheet.

Kordushindamise

tulemuse sisestamiseks tuleb esmalt luua kordushindamise hinneteleht

Kordushindamise hinde sisestamiseks loo kordushindamise hinneteleht, seejärel Kordushindamise tulemuse saad sisestada õppijale, kelle negatiivne korralise hindamise tulemus on kinnitatud.

Kordushindamise tulemuse sisestamiseks vali korralise tulemuse juures kolmikpunktmenüüst Lisa kordushindamise hinne. Kui hinne on sisestatud, kuvatakse õppija kordushindamise hinnetelehele.

Vaatame kordushindamise tulemuse sisestamise tegevuste kasutusmugavuse üle ja võimalusel püüame lihtsustada.

In order to enter the resit result, you must first create a resit grading sheet

To enter a resit grade, create a resit grading sheet, then you can enter the grade for the student whose negative regular assessment result has been confirmed.

We will review the activities for entering the resit result for ease of use and try to simplify it where possible

Learners are not automatically added to the resit grading sheet

You can enter the grade of the resit for a student whose regular assessment grade is negative and has been confirmed. 

To enter a resit result, select Add resit grade from the three-point menu next to the regular result. Once the grade is entered, the learner will be re-assessed on the grade sheet.
