Hinnetelehel ava Hinneteleht rippmenüü (joonisel p 1) ning vali Kordushindamine 2 (joonisel p 2).

How to create a second resit grading sheet?

To create a second resit grading sheet, click on the Add second resit grading sheet button (see figure).

How to open a second resit grading sheet?

On the grading sheet, open the Grading sheet drop-down menu (figure p 1) and select Second resit (figure p 2).

Kuidas sisestada teise kordushindamise hinnet?

Kui ÕISi on lisatud teise kordushindamise toimumine ja õppija on sellele registreerunud

Ava teise kordushindamise hinneteleht. Teise kordushindamise tulemuse sisestamiseks on kolm võimalust:

• vajuta Lõpphinne tulbas konkreetse õppija real olevale pliiatsile (joonisel p 1) ning sisesta Kordushindamine 2 tulemus avanenud hindekaardil (joonisel p 2)

• vajuta õppija nimele (joonisel p 1), avanenud hüpikaknal vajuta pliiatsile (joonisel p 2) ning uuel hüpikaknal vali sobiv tulemus (joonisel p 3)

• tähista õppija ees olev märkeruut (joonisel p 1), ava päisesse ilmunud Määra lõpphinne nupp (joonisel p 2), vali sobiv tulemus ning vajuta Määra lõpphinne (joonisel p 3)

Kui ÕISi ei ole teist kordushindamise toimumist lisatud

Juhul, kui teist kordushindamise toimumist ei ole ÕISi lisatud:

• vajuta teisel kordushindamisel osalenud õppija esimese kordushindamise kinnitatud negatiivse tulemuse peal (joonisel p 1). Avanenud hüpikaknas vajuta Kordushindamine 2 valikus olevale sobivale tulemusele (joonisel p 2).

• või vajuta teisel kordushindamisel osalenud õppija nimel. Avanenud hindekaardil vajuta pliiatsi ikoonil (joonisel p 1) ning hindeskaalal vali sobiv tulemus (joonisel p 2).

How to enter the grades of the second resit?

If the second re-assessment has been added to SIS and the learner has registered to it

Open the grading sheet for the second resit. There are three ways to enter the result of the second resit:

• Click on the pencil icon in the column Final grade for the specific learner (figure p 1) and enter the result of the Second Resit in the grading sheet that opens (figure p 2).

• click on the learner's name (figure p 1), click on the pencil icon in the pop-up window that appears (figure p 2) and select the appropriate result in the new pop-up window (figure p 3).

• mark the checkbox in front of the learner (figure p 1), click on the Set Final Grade button that appears in the header (figure p 2), select the appropriate result and press Set Final Grade (figure p 3).

If the second re-assessment has not been added to SIS

In the case where a second resit has not been added to the SIS:

• click on the confirmed negative result of the first resit of the learner who has taken part in the second resit (figure p 1). In the pop-up window that opens, click on the appropriate result in the Second Resit option (figure p 2).

• or click on the name of the learner who has taken part in the second resit. In the grade card that opens, click on the pencil icon (figure p 1) and select the appropriate grade on the scale (figure p 2).

Miks ei saa kordushinnet sisestada?

Kordushinnet ei saa sisestada:

• õppijal puudub või ei ole kinnitatud korralise või esimese kordushindamise tulemus. Kinnita õppija korraline või esimene kordushindamise tulemus.
• õppijal on korralise või esimese kordushindamise negatiivne tulemus või MI tühistatud mõjuva põhjusega. Näiteks kui õppija osales kordushindamisel, mis oli tema jaoks esimene hindamine, siis sisesta tulemus korralise tulemusena. Kui õppija osales teisel kordushindamisel, mis oli tema jaoks esimene kordushindamine, siis sisesta tulemus esimese kordushindamisena.

Why can I not enter the grade of the resit?

The grade of the resit cannot be entered if:

• learner does not have or has an unconfirmed grade in the regular assessment or first re-assessment. Enter and/or confirm the learners' grade for the regular assessment or for the first re-assessment.
• learner has a negative grade or mi (not present) revoked for a good reason (a doctors note etc). For example, if the learner attended a resit, which was his/her first assessment, then enter the result as a regular assessment grade.

Kuidas teine kordushindamine eksamiprotokollis kuvatakse?

How is the second resit appear in the exam report?

The result of the second re-assessment is displayed with the letter JE* (resit).
