Your timetable shows the events of the courses you have registered to. |

To see your timetable, click either My timetable on SIS menu or heading of My timetable block on your dashboard.
The timetable of the current week opens (see Figure). ![](/download/attachments/79826465/My_timetable_03032021.png?version=1&modificationDate=1614771770673&api=v2) By default, the timetable of the current semester and of the current study week is displayed.
- To view the timetable for the next semester, click the semester selection button (Figure 1).
- To view the day, month or semester view of the timetable, click the corresponding button (Figure 2).
- You can also change the displayed period using the date selection field or arrow keys next to it. Pressing the "Today" button displays today's timetable (Figure 3).

Timetable shows the events of the courses you have registered to. If there are groups in the syllabus and you are registered in a group, events created for your group and the events that are not associated with any group are displayed in your timetable. The classes are placed in the timetable according to the times when they take place. The following information is displayed about the classes: time, course code, course title and type of the class (lecture, seminar, exam/pass-fail evaluation, etc). - The label at the event also helps to distinguish the type of class (Figure 1).
- You can find the meanings of the labels under the lesson plan (Figure 2). The labels can also be used as filters. If you do not want any kind of events to be shown in the timetable, click on this label.

By clicking on the class, additional information on the class opens where, in addition to time and course title also the place, the lecturer, notes related to the class and sign of the group are displayed (see Figure). ![](/download/attachments/79826465/image2019-3-20_8-26-19.png?version=1&modificationDate=1573119014009&api=v2)

The information of the learner’s your personal timetable can be imported to calendar programmes supporting the iCal format (Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird Lightning, MacOSX, iCal, Google Calendar, etc). |
Click the iCal link (see figure) at the top right to generate the URL. ![](/download/attachments/79826465/Button_iCal_link_05032021.png?version=1&modificationDate=1614945501675&api=v2)
The URL is generated and copied to the clipboard. You can use the copied link to add a new calendar to a calendar program that supports the iCal format.
- If you want to copy the URL again, click on the link (Figure 1) and copy the link displayed in the new window.
- If you want to generate a new URL, click on the refresh icon (Figure 2).
