Õppejõu rollis kuvatakse töölauale Minu loetavad õppeained vidinas teie käesoleva semestri õppeainete nimekiri (joonisel p 1).
- Täpsema info vaatamiseks, andmete haldamiseks või oma järgmise või eelmiste semestrite õppeainete nägemiseks vajutage vidina pealkirjale. Samale lehele jõuate ka siis, kui vajutate õppejõu menüü lingile Minu õppeained (joonisel p 2).
- Mõne kindla õppeainega tegelemiseks vajutage selle õppeaine reale.

Vahelehed
Järgmisel lehel näete oma õppeainete nimekirja.
- Lehe vaatamise hetkel kestva semestri õppeainete nimekirja näete vahelehel Hetke semester (joonisel p 1). Õppeaine versiooni saate valida rippmenüüst.
- Järgmiste semestrite õppeaine versioonide nimekirja näete vahelehel Tulevased semester (joonisel p 2).
- Varem toimunud õppeaine versioonide nimekirja näete vahelehel Vanemad õppeained (joonisel p 3).
Õppeaine versioonide valik
Õppeaine versiooni saate valida rippmenüüst (vt joonis). Rippmenüüsse kuvatakse ainult need õppeaine versioonid, mille andmetesse olete õppejõuna lisatud. Õppeainel võib olla ka teisi versioone.

Tegevused
- Õppeaine versiooni vaatamiseks vajutage Aineversiooni ikoonile (joonisel p 1). Ainekava kuvatakse uuel veebilehitseja vahelehel.
- Õppeaine versiooni Moodle'i seoste haldamiseks vajutage lingile Moodle'i seosed (joonisel p 2).
- Õppeaine versiooni andmete muutmiseks vajutage lingile Muuda (joonisel p 3).
- Õppeaine versiooni kõigi ÕISi sisestatud toimumiste vaatamiseks vajutage lingile Toimumised (joonisel p 4). Uuel veebilehitseja vahelehel kuvatakse õppeaine versiooni toimumiste kalendrivaade.
- Õppeaine versiooni registreerunud õppijate vaatamiseks ja registreeringute haldamiseks vajutage linki Registreeringud (joonisel p 5).
- Osalejate õppetulemuste haldamiseks vajutage lingile Hinded (joonisel p 6).
- Õppeaine versiooni tagasiside tulemustega tutvumiseks vajutage lingile Tagasiside (joonisel p 7). Tagasiside tulemused kuvatakse uuel veebilehitseja vahelehel.
Õppeainete otsing
Minu loetavad õppeained lehe paremal ülemises nurgas asub õppeainete otsing (vt joonis).
Õppeaineid saate otsida:
- eesti- või ingliskeelse nimetuse osa järgi
- ainekoodi osa järgi
Otsingutingimustele vastavad õppeained kuvatakse uuele vahelehele Otsingu tulemus (vt joonis). Vahelehe nimetuses näidatakse ära leitud õppeainete arv.
Õppeaine versioon valige otsingutulemuse rippmenüüst. Rippmenüüsse kuvatakse kõik selle õppeaine versioonid, mile andmetesse olete lisatud õppejõuna.
My Courses widget on dashboard will display your current semester syllaby if you have selected the role of a lecturer (Figure 1).
- Click on the widget title to view more detailed information, manage data, or view your next or previous semester's courses. The same page is also displayed when you click My Courses in the lecturer's menu (Figure p 2).
- To work on a specific course, click on that course row.

Tabs
A list of your courses will be displayed on the next page.
- You can see the list of syllabi for the semester that is currently running on the Current semester tab (Figure 1). Syllabus can be selected from the drop-down menu.
- You can see the list of syllabi versions for the next semesters on the Next semester tab (Figure 2).
- You can see the list of previous syllabi on the Older courses tab (Figure 3).
Selection of syllabi
You can select the syllabus from the drop-down menu (see figure). Only the syllabi for which you are a lecturer are displayed in the drop-down menu. There may be other syllabi.

Activities
- To view the syllabus, click Syllabus icon (Figure 1). The syllabus is displayed in a new web browser tab.
- To manage the Moodle settings, click the Moodle settings link (Figure 2).
- To change the data for the course version, click on the Change link (Figure 3)
- To view all events for the course version entered in the SIS , click on the Events link (Figure 4). The new browser tab displays a calendar view of events in the course version.
- To view and manage registrations for registered learners in the course version, click on the Registrations link (Figure 5).
- To manage the learning outcomes of the participants, click Grades (Figure 6).
- To view the results of the feedback on the syllabus, click Feedback link (Figure 7). Feedback results are displayed in a new browser tab.
Search of courses
A search field is displayed in the upper right corner of the My Courses page (see figure).
You can search for courses by
- part of the course title in Estonian or English
- part of the course code
Courses that match the search criteria are displayed on the new Search result tab (see figure). The title of the tab indicates the number of courses found.
Select a syllabus from the drop-down menu in the search result. The drop-down menu shows all syllabi to which you have been added as a lecturer.
Õppejõu töölaual on Minu õppeained plokk (vt joonis).
Minu õppeainete nimekirjast on mugav liikuda oma õppeaine üldandmete vaatesse, õppeaine ainekava vaatesse ja õppeainele antud tagasiside vaatesse.
Õppeaine üldandmete avamiseks uuel vahelehel vajutage ainekoodile.
Ainekava vaatesse liikumiseks viige kursor õppeaine reale (vt joonis) ja vajutage.
Õppeaine mõne muu ainekava valimiseks vajutage ainekava nimetuse kõrval noole ikoonile (vt joonis) ja valige avanevast aknakesest sobiv ainekava. Ainekava nimetusele vajutades avatakse ainekava vaade. Nimekirja kuvatakse kõik selle õppeaine ainekavad, millesse olete õppejõuna lisatud.
Kui mõnele varasemale ainekavale on ÕIS2 kaudu antud tagasisidet, siis leiate nimekirjast otsetee ainekava tagasiside tulemuste vaatesse liikumiseks (vt joonis).
Vaikimisi näidatakse õppeaineid, mille hetkel kehtiva semestri ainekava andmetesse olete õppejõuna lisatud. Varem toimunud õppeainete vaatamiseks vajutage lingile Kuva varasemad.
There is a My courses block on the lecturer's dashboard (see figure).
From my courses list, it is convenient to move to the general data view of your course, the curriculum view of the course and the feedback view given to the course.
Click on the course code to open the general data of the course in a new tab.
To move to the course syllabus view, click on the course row (see figure).
To select another course syllabus, click on the arrow icon next to the syllabus name (see figure) and select the appropriate syllabus from the pop-up window. Clicking on the name of the course opens the course syllabus. The list shows all the syllabi of the course in which you are a lecturer.
If feedback has been given via SIS2 to an earlier syllabus, you will find a shortcut in the list to move to the syllabus feedback results view (see figure).
By default, your current semester courses are shown. To view previous courses, click Display earlier.
