We recommend the Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator apps. In addition, we recommend adding an SMS method in case something happens to the smart device where the applications are installed. |
Kaheastmelise autentimise kasutamisel võib esineda erinevaid tüüpi tõrkeid:
- telefoni numbrer: puudub ligipääs, sest seade pole kättesaadav; uus telefoni number
- nutiseade: ei tööta; on kadunud; uus nutiseade; seade on ajutiselt mittekasutatav
- võti: võti või PIN ununeb
Different types of errors can occur when using two-factor authentication:
- phone number: no access, because the device is not available; new phone number
- smart device: not working; lost device; new smart device; the device is temporarily unavailable
- key: Key or PIN is forgotten

Telefoni numbri muutmine
Changing the phone number
- Pärast vana numbri eemaldamist, vali Lisage sisselogimismeetod, et lisada uus telefoni number.
- Vali regioonikood Eesti (+372) ja sisesta enda mobiiltelefoni number. Seejärel vajuta Edasi.
- Nutiseadmesse saabub sõnum koodiga, saatjaks on Microsoft.
- Sisesta kood ja vajuta nupule Edasi.
- SMS-ide autentimine on aktiveeritud. Lõpetamiseks vajuta Done.
- Kuvatakse seadistatud autentimismeetodid.

Seadme vahetamine
- After deleting your old phone number, select Add sign-in method.
- From the drop-down menu, select Phone and click Add.
- Select area code Estonia (+372) and enter your phone number. Then click Next.
- A message will be sent to your phone number, the sender is Microsoft and the content is a 6 digit code.
- Enter the code on your browser and click Next.
- SMS authentication is activated. To finish, press Done.
- After setting up, the mobile phone number to which it is associated will be displayed.
- The next time you log in to Office365, in addition to the password, you will also be asked for the code that came with the message. If you are at your home or work computer, you can let the computer remember it, i.e. within 180 days, you will no longer be asked for the second-level code at a specific computer.
NB! Do not trust a device you are not sure about.
