Lihtsustamaks sisehindamise aruande täitmist ja arutamist on sisehindamise aruande olekudSisehindamise aruande olekud on:

• Loomisel - aruandega on võimalik tööd teha. Aurannet näevad ja saavad täita õppekava programmijuhid.
• Sisekasutuses  - aruanne on täidetud, kuid võimalik on seda muuta. Aruannet näevad õppekava programmijuhid ja õppekava programminõugkogu liikmed.
• Kinnitatud  - aruannet ei saa enam muuta. Aruannet on läbi arutatud õppekava programminõukogus ning see on heaks kiidetud. Programmijuht on aruande kinnitanud. Aruanne on avalikustatud ning seda näevad kõik ÕISi sisseloginud kasutajad.

Aruande olek kuvatakse aruande päisesse ja sisehindamise vidinale programmijuhi töölaual.

Oleku muutmiseks on programmijuhil nupud (vt joonis) aruande vaatamise lehel. Tutvuge aruande sisuga enne oleku muutmist.

Internal evaluation report statuses are: 

• To be created - it is possible to work on the report. The report is seen and can be completed by the programme directors of the curriculum. 
• Registered - the report has been completed, but can be changed. The report is seen by the programme directors of the curriculum and the members of the programme council of the curriculum. 
• Confirmed - the report can no longer be edited. The report has been discussed in the programme council of the curriculum and has been approved. The report has been confirmed by the programme director. The report has been published and can be seen by all users who have logged in to ÕIS. 

The status of the report is displayed in the report header and in the internal evaluation widget on the programme director's desktop. 

To change the status, the programme director has buttons (see Figure) on the report view page. Please review the contents of the report before changing the status.
