Korras: Personaalsete kellaaegadega eksamile (arvestusele) registreerumisel, saab tekkida topelt registreering

Personaalsete kellaaegadega eksami (arvestuse) registreerimisel ei kuvata tudengile juba valitud kellaaegasid hõivatuna ning seetõttu saab tekkida topelt registreering.
Viga on küll kõrvaldatud (04.12.2024) ja rohkem ei teki, kuid see ei kõrvaldanud registreeringuid, mida on topelt. Seda tuleb käsitsi teha iga õppeaine puhul või registreeringuid muutmata teavitada osapooli, et mõned ajad võivad kattuda.

Fixed: When registering for an exam (or assessment) with personalized time slots, duplicate registration may occur.

In the case of registering for an exam (or assessment) with personalized time slots, the student does not see previously selected times as occupied, which may result in duplicate registration.
The issue has been resolved (04.12.2024) and will not reoccur, but it did not eliminate duplicate registrations. These need to be addressed manually for each course, or the involved parties should be informed without altering the registrations that some schedules may overlap.

Juhul kui registreeringu tühistamise tähtaeg ei ole veel möödunud, saab registreeringu tühistada õppetöö planeerija kalendrivaatest, kui vajutad õppeaine toimumisele ning seejärel nupule “Eemalda registreering”.

If the cancellation deadline has not yet passed, the registration can be cancelled in the planner calendar by clicking on the subject and then on the “Cancel registration” button.

Bug: Sending message via SIS2 will remove formating and special caracters will be replaced

Apostophe, Ü, Õ, Ä, sections, all kind of formation, etc will be removed when students get the message.

A temporary solution is to create minimalist notifications or if this is not possible, to send notifications with the help of Academic Affair Specialist via SIS1

Kui õppijat hindasid mitu õppejõudu ühiselt, siis on kõik need õppejõud hinnete lehel hinde juurde lisada. Praegu kuvatakse õppija õppetulemuste lehel ja ÕIS1 eksamiprotokollis õppijat hinnanud õppejõuna välja ainult selle õppejõu nimi, kes on hinnetelehel hinde juures esimesena kuvatud.

Bug: The report and the learner's study results page do not display all the lecturers who have assessed the learner

If a student has been assessed jointly by several lecturers, all these lecturers will be added to the grade on the grades sheet. Currently, only the name of the teacher who is first displayed next to the grade on the grading sheet is displayed on the student's learning outcomes page and in the ÕIS1 examination report.

Olukord on põhjustanud kas õppijate registreerimisest õppeainesse ÕIS1-s, õppijate esmakordsest varasemast ligipääsust ÕISi ja eksimusest õppekoha valikul ainetele registreerudes või õppekoha muutumisest peale registreerumist (näiteks eksterni õppekoht lõppeb ja tehakse uus).

Kontorollime ja korrastame andmeid. Täiendame õppijatele ainetele registreerumisel õppekoha valimise tegevusi.

Bug: Entering a grade results in notification: Grade does not match study place date range

The situation is caused by one of the three reasons. Student is registered in SIS1, students having earlier access to SIS for the first time and making a mistake in choosing a place of study when registering for courses or the study place have changed after the registration (f.ex externs study place is ended and AAS have made a new one).

We are checking and correcting the data. We will improve functions, how student is choosing a study place when registering for courses.

Korras: Kõik ÕIS2 kaudu sisestatud hinded ei jõua ÕIS1 keskkonda

Tehnilise vea tõttu ei jõua ÕIS2 kaudu sisestatud tulemused alati ÕIS1 keskkonda. Kui sisestasite hinde ÕIS2 keskkonnas, vaadake üle ka ÕIS1 eksamiprotokoll.

Kui ÕIS1 protokollis ei ole kõiki ÕIS2 kaudu sisestatud tulemusi, siis andke teada ois.tugi@ut.ee Avame selle õppeaine versiooni hinnete sisestamise võimaluse ÕIS1 keskkonnas.

Fixed: All grades entered via SIS2 do not reach the SIS1 environment

Due to a technical error, results entered via SIS2 do not always reach SIS1. If you have entered a grade in SIS2, please also check the SIS1 exam recport.

If the SIS1 report does not contain all the results entered via SIS2, please let us know at ois.tugi@ut.ee We will open the possibility to enter grades for this version of the course in the SIS1 environment.

Korras: Moodle'ist lõpphinnete ületoomine

Moodle'st lõpphinde importimisel esinenud viga on parandatud. 

Moodlest saab lõpphindeid üle tuua. Hinnete importimisel juhime tähelepanu, et ÕIS 2-s kinnitatud hinnet Moodle impordiga ei ole võimalik muuta. Muutmiseks tuleb hinde kinnitus ÕIS 2-s tühistada.

Soovitame Moodles kõikidele õppijatele lõpphinded sisestada ja seejärel ÕIS 2-te importida.

Fixed: Importing final grade from Moodle

The error importing the final grade from Moodle has been fixed.

The final grades can be imported from Moodle. When importing final grades from Moodle, please note that the confirmed grade cannot be changed by importing from Moodle. In order to change, the confirmed grade must be canceled in SIS2.

We recommend to enter final grades for all students in Moodle and then start the import to SIS 2.

Korras: Määramata mahuga õppeaine versiooni hinnete lisamine

Määramata mahuga õppeainetel on võimalik ainepunkti mahut ka ÕIS2-s määrata.

NB! Kui tegu on kaitmisega lõppev õppeaine, siis viimane proktoll on kaitsmisprotkoll ja seda palun vormistada ÕIS1-s.

Kui osadega õppeaine versiooni andmetes on maht määramata, ei ole ÕIS2 hinnetelehel hinnete sisestamisel võimalik määrata õppija õppetulemuse mahtu.

Kui alustasid hinnete sisestamist ÕIS2-hes, võta meiega ühendust ois.tugi@ut.ee ja teata iga õppija õppetulemuse maht, et saaksime selle tulemuse andmetesse lisada.

Fixed: Adding grades for a course version with not specified volume

Old information: If the volume of the course version taught in parts is not specified, it is not possible to set the volume of the learner's study result when entering grades in SIS2.

If you started entering grades in SIS2, please contact us at ois.tugi@ut.ee and state the volume of each learner's study result so that we can add this to the grade data.

If possible, use SIS1 to enter grades to such a course version.

Fixed: The volume of the learning outcomes differs from the volume of the course version

There have been cases where the volume of the course version (ECTS) is fixed (a version of a course without parts or a version of a course with parts of a fixed volume), but the volume of the learner's learning outcome differs from this.

We will find out the cause for the error and correct the data.

Bug: belonging of the course to doctoral programme is missing

Doctoral programmes only.
Prerequisite: the doctoral programme has multiple specializations. Due to the difference in data fields between ÕIS1 and ÕIS2 the link to the programme is displayed only for the course's in leftmost specialization. In the view of courses in other specializations, the course's link to the programme is not shown.

 Korras: õppeainel ei kuvata õppekavasse kuuluvust

Õppekavad on ajutiselt tagasi viidud ÕIS 1 platvormile. Seal seda viga ei esine.

Kui õppeaine on ÕIS 2-s õppekava 2023/2024 versioonis kõige vasakpoolsemas erialas, siis seos õppeaine kuuluvuse kohta õppekavassse luuakse. Kui õppeaine on mõnes muus eriala plokis, siis seost õppeaine kuuluvuse kohta õppekavasse praegu ei looda.

Põhjus: ÕIS 2-s sisestatud õppekava uued versioonid, alates 2023/2024 õa-st on üles ehitatud uutmoodi paigutusega. Esmalt on vasakult paremale plokkidena erialad ja seejärel on iga eriala sees ülevalt alla selle eriala moodulid koos õppeainetega.

ÕIS 1-s on ülesehituses vaid üks plokk, kõik erialad koos nendes olevate moodulite ja õppeainetega on sisestatud ülevalt alla sellesse ühte plokki. ÕIS 1 suudab kuvada vaid üht erialaplokki. ÕIS 2-s sisestatud õppekava versioonist oskab ÕIS 1 seega ära tunda ja kuvada vaid esimest ehk kõige vasakpoolsemat plokki.

Fixed: belonging of the course to the curriculum is missing

Curricula have been temporarily set back on the SIS 1 platform. The error does not occur there.

If the course is in the leftmost block of specialization in the 2023/2024 version of the curriculum in SIS 2, then a link will be established regarding the belonging of the course to the curriculum. If the course is in another block of specialization, then the connection is not currently established.

Reason: new structure of the version of curriculum. Only one block in SIS 1 vs. multiple blocks in SIS 2.

Korras: Õppeaineversiooni põhiandmete muutmisel ÕIS1-s muudab ÕIS2-s "Võimalik läbida väliskülalisüliõpilasena" lüliti asendile EI 

Kui õppeaine versioonis on avatud võimalus ainet võtta väliskülalisüliõpilastel (vastav lüliti on JAH asendis), siis õppeaine versiooni põhiandmete muutmisel või versiooni ilma muutmata ülesalvestamisel ÕIS1 kaudu muutub väliskülalisüliõpilase lüliti asend ÕIS2-s JAH > EI.

Soovitus: seni peaks eelistama aineversiooni täiendamisel/muutmisel ÕIS2 kasutamist. Kui aga soovitakse muuta selliseid versiooni põhiandmeid, mida ÕIS2 kaudu ei ole võimalik teha (nt ÕIS1 kaudu sisestatud õppematerjale), siis peale ÕIS1-s muudatuste tegemist tuleks "Võimalik läbida väliskülalisüliõpilasena" lüliti asend üle kontrollida ja JAH asend ÕIS2 kaudu taastada, kui see muutmisel EI-ks muutus.

Fixed: When changing the general information of the course version in ÕIS1, in ÕIS2 the switch "Can be taken by international visiting students?" changes to NO

If the course version has the option can be taken by international visiting students (the corresponding switch is in the YES position), then when changing the general information of the course version or saving the version without changing via SIS1, the switch position of the international visiting student in SIS2 changes to NO.

Recommendation: in the meantime, preference should be given to using SIS2 when supplementing/changing the course version. However, if you want to change the basic data of the version that cannot be done via SIS2 (e.g. study materials entered via SIS1), then after making changes in SIS1, the position of the switch "Can be taken by international visiting students" should be checked and the YES position restored via SIS2, if it changed to NO.

ÕIS1-s on aineversioonil loodud seos Moodle'i kursusega, kuid ÕIS2 aineversiooni juures kuvatakse infot, et seos Moodle'i kursusega puudub.

Selleks, et ÕIS2-s õppeaine versiooni andmeid värskendada, lisage aine versioonile haldustugi. Seejärel kuvatakse õppeaine versiooni seos Moodle'i kursusega ning hinnete importimine Moodle'ist on võimalik.

Korras: SIS2 does not display course version's connection with Moodle course

In SIS1 the course version is linked with a Moodle course but in SIS2 course version displays information, that the course is not linked with Moodle. 

To update the course version in SIS2, please add administrative support to the course version. After that the link between the course version and Moodle course will be displayed and it will be possible to import final grades from Moodle.

24/25 õppeaasta tunniplaani nädala vaates on kalendrist puudu akadeemilise kalendri 18.nädal, kuid kuupäevad jooksevad õigesti. Näide- liikudes nädalate kaupa, siis nädal 17 lõppeb kuupäevaga 29.12.2024 ja järgmine nädal peaks olema 18, kuid kuvatakse nädal 19 ja esmaspäeva kuupäev on 30.12.2024. Seega on tunniplaani vaates kõik järgnevad nädalad valesti.  Akadeemilises kalendris https://ois2.ut.ee/#/academic-calendar, kuvatakse nädal 18.

Fixed: Study year 23/24, week 18 is missing from timetable view.

In the week view of the 24/25 academic year timetable, the 18th week of the academic calendar is missing from the calendar, but the dates run correctly. Example- moving by week, week 17 ends on 12/29/2024 and the next week should be 18, but it shows week 19 and Monday's date is 12/30/2024. So all subsequent weeks are wrong in the timetable view. In the academic calendar https://ois2.ut.ee/#/academic-calendar, week 18 is displayed.

Õppekava moodulite lehel plokkide sisestamisel esinevad vead

Bugs and fixes: Entering blocks on the curriculum modules page

Viga: vasakpoolseima ploki nimetus on iseenesest muutunud

Õppekava 2023/2024 versiooni puhul moodulite lehel vasakpoolseim plokk.
Näiteks kui sel plokil oli eriala nimetus või välisõpingute plokk vm, siis nüüd on selle asemel õppekava nimetus.
Põhjus: kui ÕIS 1-s muudetakse õppekava üldandmeid ja salvestatakse, siis see muudab ÕISis ploki nimetust. Sest ÕIS 1-s on vana struktuur ja seal kuvatakse vaid üht, ÕIS 2-s sisestatud vasakpoolseimat plokki. Muudatus tehaksegi selle puhul mõlemas ÕISis.

Tegeleme vea parandamisega.

Ajutine lahendus: ÕIS 2-s vasakpoolseima ploki nimetus käsitsi tagasi õigeks muuta.
NB! Vea tekke vältimiseks mitte teha õppekava andmetes muudatusi ÕIS 1-s, vaid üksnes ÕIS 2-s. Vajadusel saab abi õppeosakonnast või ois.tugi@ut.ee

Bug: the name of the leftmost block has changed by itself

For the 2023/2024 version of the curriculum, the leftmost block on the modules page.
For example, if this block had the name of a speciality or a block of Study Abroad, etc., then now it is the name of the curriculum instead.
Reason: if the general data of the curriculum is changed and stored in SIS 1, then this changes the name of the block in SIS. Because SIS 1 has an old structure and only one block, the most left in SIS 2, is displayed there. The change will be made to both SIS.

We are working on correcting the error.

Temporary solution: In SIS 2, manually change the name of the leftmost block back to correct.
NB! In order to avoid the occurrence of an error, do not make changes to the curriculum data in SIS 1, but only in ÕIS 2. If necessary, help can be obtained from the Office of Academic Affairs or ois.tugi@ut.ee

Korras: ploki eriala liigi muutmise salvestamine

Nüüd saab õppekava 2023/2024 versioonis moodulite lehel peaeriala, kõrvaleriala jm ploki andmetes salvestada õige liigi: peaeriala plokk, kõrvaleriala plokk, liigita plokk.

Fixed: saving the change in the speciality type of block

Now, in the 2023/2024 version of the curriculum, the correct type can be saved in the data: Main specialisation, minor specialisation, unclassified block.

Korras: ploki valiku liigi muutmise salvestamine

Nüüd saab õppekava 2023/2024 versioonis moodulite lehel ploki andmetes salvestada õige valiku: kohustuslik, vabalt valitav, kohustuslik/valikuline.

Fixed: saving the change in the type of block selection

Now, in the 2023/2024 version of the curriculum, the correct option can be saved in the block data on the modules page: required, optional, elective.

Korras: plokkide järjekorra muutmine

Plokkide (eriala, peaeriala, kõrvalerial, välisõpingud jm) järjekorda vasakult paremale saab vabalt muuta. Näiteks kui on soov panna peaerialad ettepoole ehk vasakule poole.
Sammud:
1) mine õppekava versiooni moodulite lehe muutmisvaatesse;
2) kõige ülemisel pliiatsiikoonil vajutades on loendis valik "Muuda järjestust", vali see;
3) lohista ploki ees olevast märgist kinni hoides see plokk sobivasse paika. Kui loend on pikk, keri akna sees üles-alla, et kõiki näha;
4) kui muudatused on tehtud, sulge see aken;
4) salvesta – vajuta moodulite lehel kõige all oleval nupul "Salvesta".

Fixed: changing the order of blocks

The order of the blocks (Specialisation, Main specialisation, Minor specialisation, Study Abroad, etc.) can be freely changed from left to right. For example, if there is a desire to put the main specialisations forward, that is, on the left side.

Steps:

1) go to the edit view of the module page of the curriculum version;
2) by pressing on the pencil icon in upper-right corner, the list will have the option "Change order", select it;
3) drag the block to the appropriate place, holding the mark in front of the block name. If the list is long, scroll up and down inside the window to see all names;
4) when the changes have been made, close this window;
4) save – click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the modules page.

Bug: Learners has chosen modules and courses in SIS2, but in SIS1 on the page academic results within the curriculum courses are missing

The data exchange of modules and subject choices between SIS1 and SIS2 is disrupted in the curricula of Law (2458), History (2557). If there is an error in another study program, please report it to ois.tugi@ut.ee.

Korras: ÕISi ei saa sisestada õppekava 2023/2024 versioonis tehtud moodulite valikuid

See tähendab, et

• 23/24 versioonil õppijad ei saa mooduleid ja õppeaineid valida;
• 23/24 versioonidest ei saa teised õppijad kõrvaleriala ega lisaks valitavaid mooduleid valida;
• 23/24 versioonil õppijate eest ei saa teha valikuid ÕIS1-s.

Fixed: It is currently not possible to enter the module selections made in the 2023/2024 version of the curriculum in the SIS  

• In the 23/24 version, learners cannot select modules and courses.   
• Other learners cannot select minor specialisations or elective modules from the 23/24 versions.
• In SIS1, selections cannot be made on behalf of learners following the 23/24 version.

Moodle'i seoste lehel on plokis, Hinded, hindamise lehele liikumiseks nupp, Hinded, mis hetkel ei vii hindamise lehele. Fixed:  Moving from Moodle settings page to grading page does not work

Grades section in Moodle settings page has Grades button which does not take to the grading page. Hopefully the issue will be fixed soon.

Korras: Õppejõu rollis jääb laadima Minu õppeained 

Valides õppejõu rollis vasakust menüüst, Minu õppeained, jääb õppeainete loend laadimata, kuvatakse tühi leht.

Seda põhjustab õppejõuga seotud uus õppeaine, millel puudub ainekood. 
Alternatiivina saab leida õppeaine vasakust menüüst, Üldine > Õppeained > sisestades õppeaine nimetuse või koodi. Kõik õppejõuga seotud õppeained saab leida otsingulahtri lõpus oleva, Täpsem otsing, nupu kaudu. 

Veaparandus ootab paigaldust, mis eeldatavasti toimub 30.10.2024.

Fixed: My Courses, stuck in loading the page under Lecturer role.

When selecting My Courses from the left menu under the Lecturer role, the list of courses fails to load, showing a blank page.

This is caused by a new course associated with the lecturer that does not have a course code. 

As an alternative, courses can be found from the left menu under General > Courses, by entering the course name or code. All courses associated with the lecturer can be accessed via the Detailed Search button at the end of the search box.

The fix is pending installation, expected to take place on 30.10.2024.

FAQ: How to enter the resit result?

To enter a resit grade, create a resit grading sheet, then you can enter the grade for the student whose negative regular assessment result has been confirmed.

We will review the activities for entering the resit result for ease of use and try to simplify it where possible.

KKK: Kas ma kinnitasin protokolli?

On olnud juhuseid, kus vastutavale õppejõule jääb mulje, et protokolli kinnitamine ei õnnestunud. Sellises olukorras:

• Palun kontrollige, et kõigil õppijatel oleksid kinnitatud tulemused.
• Kui protokolli kinnitamine ei õnnestu, värskendage lehekülge.
• Kontrollige ÕIS1 keskkonnas, kas protokoll on kinnitatud. ÕIS2 kuvab ekslikult, nagu oleks protokoll kinnitamata, kuid tegelikult kinnitamine õnnestus.

FAQ: Did I confirmed the report?

There have been cases where the lecturer in charge is left with the impression that the confirmation of the repot failed. In such a situation:

• Pase check that all learners have confirmed results.
• If the confirmation of the report fails, refresh the page.
• Check SIS1 if the report has been confirmed. SIS2 might erroneously display as if the report has not been confirmed, even if the confirmation was successful.
