Õppeaines toimunud akadeemilise petturluse avastanud õppejõud teeb rikkumise puhul üliõpilasele hoiatuse või raskema rikkumise korral komisjonile esildise juhtumi menetlemiseks. Üliõpilasel on õigus esitada viie tööpäeva jooksul seletuskiri ja hoiatus vaidlustada.

A member of the teaching staff who discovers academic fraud shall give a warning to the student in the event of a violation or make a referral to the committee to deal with the case in the event of a more serious violation. The student has the right to submit a letter of explanation within five working days and request that the case be considered by the committee.

Hoiatuse sisuga tutvumiseks ja (soovi korral) selgituse lisamiseks vajuta ÕISi menüü lingile Avaldused.

Hoiatused kuvatakse avalduste lehel Hoiatused plokki.

Iga hoiatuse kohta näidatakse:

  • ainekoodi ja õppeaine nimetust
  • hoiatuse aktiveerimise kuupäeva
  • õppejõu nime, kes hoiatuse aktiveeris
  • hoiatuse olekut "aktiveeritud"

Hoiatusega tutvumiseks vajuta ainekoodile või õppeaine nimetusele.

Hoiatuse lehel näed Akadeemilise petturluse liiki ja õppejõu sisestatud Akadeemilise petturluse kirjeldust.

Soovi korral saad sisestada oma selgituse.

Õppija selgituse tekst on nähtav õppeaine versiooni hinnetelehel.

Nii hoiatust kui ka õppija selgituse teksti näevad ÕISis kõik selle õppeaine versiooni õppejõud. Edaspidi lisatakse hoiatuse ja selgituse nägemise võimalus ka akadeemilise petturluse juhtumitega tegeleva komisjoni liikmetele ja teistel asjassepuutuvatel ülikooli töötajatel (õppija õppekava programmijuht, õppekorralduse spetsialist).


Kui otsustad hoiatuse vaidlustada, esita seletuskiri juhtumi kohta otse akadeemilise petturluse komisjonile. Sellisel juhul ei ole selgitust ÕISi sisestada vaja.

Kui hoiatus tühistatakse, siis see eemaldatakse ÕISist.

To get acquainted with the content of the warning and (if desired) add an explanation, click on the Applications in the SIS menu.

Warnings are displayed on the Warnings block of the applications page.

For each warning, the following is indicated:

  • course code or course title
  • the date the warning was activated
  • the name of the lecturer who activated the warning
  • warning status "Activated"

To view the content of the warning click on the course code or course title.

On the warning page, you will see the Type of academic fraud and the Description of the academic fraud entered by the lecturer.

If you wish, you can enter your explanation.

The text of the learner's explanation is visible on the grading sheet of the course version.

Both the warning and the text of the student's explanation are visible in SIS to all lecturers of this version of the course. In the future, the opportunity to see the warning and explanation will also be added to the members of the committee dealing with cases of academic fraud and other relevant university employees (programme director of the learner curriculum, academic affairs specialist).

If you decide to appeal against the warning, submit a letter of explanation directly to the academic fraud committee. In this case, it is not necessary to enter an explanation in the SIS.

If the warning is canceled, it will be removed from the SIS.
