Outlook desktop app
As an example, I will add the shared calendar "TÜ üritused ja riigipühad 2025-2026" to Outlook.
- Open the Outlook desktop app.

- Open Calendar from the top left corner of the screen.

- Add the calendar using one of the following ways:
- Click the Add button → from the dropdown menu, select From Address Book.

- In the left side menu, right-click the button Shared Calendars → click the Add button → click the vajuta nupule Aadressiraamatust.

- Make sure that from Address book, Global Address List is selected → type the name of the calendar you would like to add to the Search bar (in this example, "TÜ tähtpäevad, riigipühad ja vabad päevad") and click the
button → double-click on the search result → to finish, click OK.

Outlook online
As an example, I will add the shared calendar "TÜ üritused ja riigipühad 2025-2026" to Outlook.
- Open the online version of Outlook (https://kiri.ut.ee/)

- Open Calendar from the top left corner of the screen.

- Open the Add calendar from the left side of the screen.

- From the menu, select Add from directory → select an accout to search from → in the search bar, type the calendar name (in this example "TÜ tähtpäevad, riigipühad ja vabad päevad" and click on the search result.

- Select a calendar group, where you want to add it and click the Add button.
