If necessary, the information technology department creates a guest account for the partners and guests of the university based on the request of the head of the structural unit interested in it by the deadline indicated in it.
Submitting a request takes place in the JIRA environment of IT helpdesk:Request a guest account.
The following personal information are required to create an account:
name
personal identification number or date of birth
gender
citizenship
e-mail address (where to send passwords)
guest of which entity
for how long (period)
The confirmation of the head of the structural unit is submitted during the JIRA ticket.
The guest account is created for a limited time, and the expiration date must be specified in the request.
In the case of a longer deadline, the head of the structural unit must be consulted.
