Õppeainete haldamine ÕIS2-s ja ÕIS-s

Üleminekuperioodil on paralleelselt töös ÕIS1 ja ÕIS2. Sõltuvalt rollist teevad osad töötajad õppeainetega seotud toiminguid kas ainult ÕIS2-s või mõlemas õppeinfosüsteemis.

Alates 20. veebruarist 2023 saavad õppejõud kasutada vaid ÕIS2-te. Kui isikule on lisaks õppejõu põhiõigustele ÕIS1-s antud eriõigusi (nt juhtimisülesanded), siis need jäävad ÕIS1-s kehtima ja neid saab seal kasutada seni, kuni nende tööülesannetega seotud funktsioonid ÕIS2 üle tuuakse.

Õppeaine versiooni info sisestamisel on soovitav töökorralduses oma struktuuri üksuses kokku leppida, kas:

kasutatakse ainult ÕIS1-te,
kasutatakse ÕIS2-te ja ÕIS1-te
kasutatakse ainult ÕIS2-te

Course info management in SIS2 and SIS1

During the transition period, SIS1 and SIS2 are working in parallel. Depending on the role, some employees can perform courses related actions only in SIS2 or in both study information systems.

Starting from February 20, 2023, lecturers can perform their tasks only in SIS2. If a person has been granted some special right in SIS1 for his/her job duties (e.g. managerial duties) in addition to the lecturer's basic rights, they remain valid in SIS1 and can be used in SIS1 until the related functions are migrated to SIS2.

When entering course version info, please agree whitin structural unit, whether:

only SIS1 will be used,
SIS2 and SIS1 will be used,
only SIS2 will bu used.

ÕIS2-s kasutatakse ainekava asemel läbivalt õppeaine versiooni mõistet, mis on kooskõlas kehtiva õppekorralduseeskirjaga.

Loomisel ja Sisekasutuses olekus õppeaine üldandmeid ja versiooni andmeid saavad sisestada suurem hulk töötajaid: Loomisel oleku korral saavad andmeid sisestada lisaks õppeaine üldandmete või versiooni autorile ka õppekorralduse spetsialist ja programmijuht. Sisekasutuses oleku puhul saavad andmeid sisestada üldandmete või versiooni autor, versiooni õppejõud, õppekorralduse spetsialist ja programmijuht.
Lisandunud on õppeaine versiooni Kinnitamisel olek ja kinnitamisele saatmise protsess. Selle eesmärgiks on tagada õppeaine versiooni kinnitamine vastavalt õppekorralduseeskirja punktile 9.

In SIS2, the concept of course version is used throughout, instead of the syllabus. This is in line with the current study organization regulation.

A greater number of employees can enter course general data and version data in the To be created and Registered use states: In the To be created state, the course general data or version data can be entered by the author, Academic Affairs Specialist and Programme Director. In the case of Registered state, the data can be entered by the author of the general data or the version, the lecturers of the version, Academic Affairs Specialist and Programme Director.
Version status Unconfirmed and the process of sending course version for confirmation have been added. Its purpose is to ensure the confirmation of the course version in accordance with point 9 of the study organization regulation.

Muudatused õppeaine andmestikus

Õppeaine versioon sisaldab peaaegu kõiki väärtusi, mis on üldandmetes, välja arvatud Ainekood, Õppeaine kogumaht, Õppeaine toimumise sagedus, Kestus semestrites.
Õppeaine versiooni andmed on jaotatud kaheksasse temaatilisse andmeplokki. Andmeid on võimalik sisestada ja salvestada plokkide kaupa.
Õppeaineid ei ole vaja eraldi registreerimiseks avada. Registreerimise andmeplokk on olemas versiooni andmetes.
ÕIS2-s on lisandunud osad uued andmeväljad, mida ÕIS1-s õppeaine andmetes ei olnud:

Changes in course dataset

Course version contains almost all the values that are present in course general information (i.e. course info page) except Course code, Volume in teaching, Frequency of teaching the course, Course duration in semesters.
The data of the course version is divided into eight thematic blocks. It is possible to enter and save data by blocks.
It is not necessary to open the course for registration separately. The registration data block exists in the version data.
There are some new data fields in course information in SIS2, which were not present in SIS1:
