Your timetable shows the events to which you have been added as a lecturer.
If you are also a learner, your timetable will also show the events of the courses you have registered to.

Kuidas vaadata minu tunniplaani?

Oma tunniplaani vaatamiseks vajuta ÕISi menüüs valikule Minu tunniplaan või töölaua vidinal Minu tunniplaan.

Avaneb käesoleva õppenädala tunniplaan (joonisel).

Vaikimisi näidatakse tunniplaanis käesoleva semestri ja käesoleva õppenädala tunniplaani.

How to view my timetable?

To see your timetable, click either My timetable on SIS menu or on My timetable widget on your dashboard.

The timetable of the current week opens (see Figure).

By default, the timetable of the current semester and of the current study week is displayed.

Tunniplaani periood ja selle muutmine

Järgmise semestri tunniplaani vaatamiseks vajuta semestri valiku nupule (joonisel p 1).
Tunniplaani päeva, kuu või semestri vaate vaatamiseks vajuta vastavale nupule (joonisel p 2).
Näidatavat perioodi saad muuta ka kuupäeva valiku aknas ja selle kõrval asuvate nooleklahvide abil. Nupule "Täna" vajutades kuvatakse tänane tunniplaan (joonisel p 3).

Timetable period and changing it

To view the timetable for the next semester, click the semester selection button (Figure 1).
To view the day, month or semester view of the timetable, click the corresponding button (Figure 2).
You can also change the displayed period using the date selection field or arrow keys next to it. Pressing the "Today" button displays today's timetable (Figure 3).

Õppejõu tunniplaani tundide kuvamise põhimõtted

Õppejõu tunniplaanis kuvatakse tunde, mille andmetesse olete õppejõuna lisatud.

Principles of displaying events in the learner's timetable

Your timetable shows the events to which you have been added as a lecturer.

Tunnid paiknevad tunniplaanis vastavalt nende toimumisaegadele.

Tunni kohta näidatakse järgnevat infot: toimumise kellaaeg, ainekood, õppeaine nimetus ja tunni liik (loeng, seminar, eksam/arvestus vms).

Tunni liiki aitab eristada ka tunni juures olev silt (joonisel p 1).
Siltide tähendused leiad tunniplaani alt (joonisel p 2). Silte on võimalik kasutada ka filtritena. Kui soovid, et tunniplaani ei kuvataks mingit liiki toimumisi, vajuta sellele sildile.

Tunni andmetele vajutades, avaneb täiendav info tunni kohta, kuvatakse toimumise koht, tunniga seotud õppejõud, lisainfo ja rühma(de) tähis(ed) (vt joonis).

The classes are placed in the timetable according to the times when they take place.

The following information is displayed about the classes: time, course code, course title and type of the class (lecture, seminar, exam/pass-fail evaluation, etc).

The label at the event also helps to distinguish the type of class (Figure 1).
You can find the meanings of the labels under the lesson plan (Figure 2). The labels can also be used as filters. If you do not want any kind of events to be shown in the timetable, click on this label.

By clicking on the class data, additional information on the class opens, the the location where the class takes place, the lecturer(s) involved, additional information and group title(s) are displayed (see Figure).

Kas saan oma tunniplaani eksportida teistesse kalendriprogrammidesse?

Oma tunniplaani andmeid on võimalik eksportida iCal formaati toetavatesse kalendriprogrammidega (Microsoft Outlook 365, Thunderbird Lightning, MacOSX iCal, Google Calendar vms).

Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013 jt vanemad versioonid ei interpreteeri suveajal ajavööndi infot õigesti ja seetõttu on lingi abil lisatud kalendris toimumiste algusajad 1 tunni võrra tegelikest hilisemad. Soovitame kasutada mõnda muud kalenderprogrammi.

URLi genereerimiseks vajuta paremal ülaservas nupule iCal viide (vt joonis).

URL genereeritakse ja kopeeritakse lõikepuhvrisse. Kopeeritud lingi abil saad lisada uue kalendri iCal formaati toetavasse kalenderprogrammi.

Kui soovid URLi uuesti kopeerida, vajuta lingile (joonisel p 1) ja kopeeri uues aknas kuvatud link.
Kui soovid genereerida uue URLi, vajuta värskendamise ikoonile (joonisel p 2).

Iga uue kalendri genereerimisega muutub eelmine URL kehtetuks.

Can I export my timetable to other calendar programs?

You can export your timetable data with calendar programs that support the iCal format (Microsoft Outlook 365, Thunderbird Lightning, MacOSX, iCal, Google Calendar, etc).

Older versions of Outlook (Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, and others) do not correctly interpret time zone information during daylight saving time, and therefore the start times of events on the calendar added using the link are 1 hour later than they actually are. We recommend using another calendar program.

Click the iCal link (see figure) at the top right to generate the URL.

The URL is generated and copied to the clipboard. You can use the copied link to add a new calendar to a calendar program that supports the iCal format.

If you want to copy the URL again, click on the link (Figure 1) and copy the link displayed in the new window.
If you want to generate a new URL, click on the refresh icon (Figure 2).

Each time a new calendar is generated, the previous URL becomes invalid.
