Tööinfo lehel on info teie töösuhete kohta Tartu Ülikoolis.

Töösuhted kuvatakse ajalises järjestuses alates kõige hilisemast.

Töösuhte kestuse ajal on õppijal TÜga aktiivne suhe, mis annab võimaluse kasutada Tartu Ülikooli infosüsteeme (nt ÕISi).

Kui suhe kestab kuvatakse selle suhte reale silt Aktiivne.

Iga suhte kohta kuvatakse:

  • Lepingu liik / nr - lepingu numbrit näidatakse ainult siis, kui suhe on tekkinud lepingu sõlmimise tõttu.
  • Ametinimetus
  • Valdkond / Haldusala
  • Algus - suhte alguskuupäev
  • Lõpp - suhte lõppkuupäev. Tähtajatu suhte korral lõppkuupäeva ei kuvata.


Täpsemate andmete vaatamiseks vajutage suhte reale või noolele rea ees. Kuvatakse:

  • Sõlmitud - lepingu sõlmimise kuupäev. Kuvatakse töölepingu, töövõtulepingu, lepingu alusel lisatud õppeülesande täitja, emeriidi suhte ja külalisõppejõu suhte kohta.
  • Koormus - kuvatakse ainult töölepingu kohta.

The Work information page contains your employment information at the University of Tartu.

Employment data is displayed in chronological order from the latest.

During the employment, the employee has an active relationship with UT, which also provides an opportunity to use the information systems of University of Tartu (e.g. SIS).

If the relationship persists, the Active label is displayed on the row for that relationship.

For each relationship, the following is displayed:

  • Contract type / no. - the contract number is shown only if the relationship is due to the conclusion of the contract.
  • Position
  • Faculty / Structural unit
  • Beginning - relationship start date
  • End - relationship end date. For an indefinite relationship, the end date is not displayed.


To view more detailed information, click the corresponding row or the arrow in front of the row. More detailed information includes:

  • Concluded - the date of conclusion of the contract. Displayed for employment contract, services supply agreement, adjunct instructor's relationship added due to an agreement, emeritus relationship and visiting lecturer's relationship.
  • Workload - is displayed only for the employment contract.
