Iga põhioleku kohta kuvatakse:

• Aasta
• oleku alguse Põhjus - nt immatrikuleerimine, reimmatrikuleerimine, õppekava vahetus jne;
• Alguskuupäev
• Lõppkuupäev - ainult lõppenud põhioleku kohta või põhioleku kohta, mille lõppkuupäev määratakse oleku tekkimise korraldusega (nt eksternina sooritajaks määramine)
• Dokumendid - hetkel veel ei kuvata

Lisaks näidatakse iga oleku kohta seda täpsustavad parameetrid, nt immatrikuleerimise põhioleku kohta kuvatakse õppekoha struktuuriüksus, finantseerimise liik, õppevorm, õppekoormus ja õppekava õppeaste.

Kui põhiolek on lõppenud kuvatakse ka lõpupõhjus. Näiteks kui teisel aastal õppimise põhioleku järel viiakse õppija üle kolmandale aastale, on teisel aastal põhioleku lõpupõhjus "üleviimine järgmise aasta üliõpilaseks".

Iga kõrvaloleku kohta kuvatakse:

• Nimi - kõrvaloleku nimetus, nt akadeemilisel puhkusel, välismaal õppimas, õppe- ja teadusstipendiumil, õppetöö Tallinnas jne
• Põhjus - nt akadeemilisel puhkusel kõrvaloleku põhjus võib olla "tervislikel põhjustel"
• Algus - kõrvaloleku alguskuupäev
• Lõpp - kõrvaloleku lõppkuupäev
• Dokumendid - hetkel veel ei kuvata, edaspidi viide dokumendile, millega olek tekkis

Kui kõrvalolekul on täpsustavaid parameetreid, tuuakse ära parameetrite väärtused. Näiteks õppe- ja teadusstipendiumil kõrvaloleku kohta kuvatakse finantsallika tähis, kuusumma, maksmise alguskuupäev, maksmise lõppkuupäev.

Iga kõrvaloleku kohta kuvatakse lõpupõhjus.

For each main status, the following is displayed:

• Year
  
• start Action of the status - e.g. matriculation, re-matriculation, curriculum change, etc.
• date of Beginning
• End date - only for the completed main status or for the main status, the end date of which is determined by the document that created the status (e.g. designation as an external performer)
• Documents -  not yet displayed
  

In addition, the specifying parameters are indicated for each status, e.g. for matriculation status the structural unit, the type of funding, the form of study, the study load and the degree level of the curriculum is displayed.

When the main status is completed, the final explanation is also displayed. For example, if a learner is transferred to a third year after the completion of the second year, the final explanation for main status of second year is "transfer to the next study year".

For each additional status, the following is displayed:

• Name of the additional status, e.g. on academic leave, studying abroad, on study and research scholarship, studying in Tallinn, etc.

• Action - e.g. action for additional status on academic leave may be "for health reasons"

• date of Beginning of the additional status
• End date of the additional status
• Documents -  not yet displayed

If the additional status has specifying parameters, the parameter values are given. For example, in the case of study and research scholarships, the indicator of the financial source (Financing), the monthly amount (Sum), the start date of the payment (Payment start), the end date of the payment (Payment end) are displayed.
