  1. Open your web browser and enter the url 
  1. https://tunnel2.ut.ee.

  2. Enter the username and password of your University of Tartu account (login with username and password) and click LOG IN.

    the installer for your device
    1. GlobalProtect VPN software to your computer.

    1. To establish

    1. the VPN connection, you need to have GlobalProtect software installed on your computer.
    2. Launch the GlobalProtect software, an icon will appear at the notification area.
    Left click on the icon, enter

    2. In the Portal field, enter tunnel2.ut.ee and
    then 
    1. click Connect.

  • Enter your username and password.

  • Click on the button that says Sign In.

    2. Enter the username and password of your University of Tartu account (in the format username@ut.ee).

    3. GlobalProtect VPN is connected successfully.

    1. To disconnect an active VPN connection, click on the GlobalProtect icon (an icon at the notification area).

    1. GlobalProtect VPN client software is updated centrally.
      If the client software update is available, the user gets notified about the newer version. Click Download.

  • To update the software, agree to download it.
  • Next, agree with the installation.
    1. After the update has been downloaded, click Install.

    VPN stuck at "connecting"

    Palo Alto Networks as a trusted developer.

    From your Mac endpoint, launch 
    1. Open System Preferences.
    Open the 
    1. Select the Security & Privacy preferences and then select General.
    2. Click the lock icon on the bottom left of the window to make changes and modify preferences.
    3. When prompted, enter your Mac
    User Name
    1. username and
    Password
    1. password and
    then
    1. Unlock the preferences.
    Click "Allow" next to the message "
