The address of SIS is http://ois.ut.ee
The user accounts are valid until the end of a study or a work relationship with the University of Tartu. The user account for a member of staff is valid until the employment contract expires or is terminated.
Language settings
You can change language settings
- on the top right corner of the authentification page by http://ois.ut.ee by clicking the icon of a flag
- on the SIS main page by clicking either english or eesti keel on the bottom of the main page of SIS
- on every page of SIS by choosing Vali tegevus - Seades Seaded or Select activity - Settings on the menu on the top right corner of the page

- To find your course click My course listing on the main page of SIS.
- To send a notification to students registered for a course click Send a letter to course participants on syllabus.
- To find your course schedule click Lecturer's schedule on the main page of SIS. Lecturer's schedule shows all the lecturers, seminars, practical sessions, tests, exams, resits etc. you have been added as a lecturer. You can subscribe to your lecturer’s schedule by clicking subscribe to calendar (see figure 1), copying the calendar link and adding it to your personal calendar (Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird Lightning, MacOSX iCal, Google Calendar etc.).
