Akadeemiline kalender on õppetöös oluliste kuupäevade ja õppenädalate jälgimiseks.
InfoÜlikoolis toimuva õppetöö ajalise arvestuse ühikuks on õppeaasta. Õppeaasta jaguneb kaheks 20-nädalaseks semestriks, millest kumbkikestab140 päeva. Õppeaasta algab sügissemestril 1. septembrile lähimal esmaspäeval. Semestritealgus jalõpp ning muud olulised õppetegevuse tähtajad määratakse kuupäevaliselt kindlaks iga õppeaasta akadeemilises kalendris, mille kinnitab rektor.

Akadeemilise kalendri vaatamiseks valige ÕISi menüüst Akadeemiline kalender (vt joonis). ÕISi logitud kasutajal kuvatakse Akadeemiline kalender menüülink Üldine pealkirja alla.

Akadeemilise kalendri õppeaasta saate määrata lehe ülaosas asuvast rippmenüüst (vt joonis).  Vaikimisi on seal määratud hetkel kestev õppeaasta.

Academic calendar shows the essential dates in your studies and study weeks.

The unit for calculating the time of studies at the university is the academic year. The academic year is divided into two 20-week semesters, each lasting 140 days. The academic year begins in the autumn semester on the Monday closest to 1 September. The dates for the beginning and the end of semesters are set in the academic calendar of each academic year, which is confirmed by the rector.

To view the academic calendar, select Academic calendar in the SIS menu (see Figure). User logged in to SIS will find the Academic Calendar menu link under the heading General. 

You can select the academic year from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.  By default, the current academic year is shown.

The calendar includes all the essential dates concerning studies in the selected academic year (see Figure).
