In this guide, you will find instructions about connecting to a printer from the print server.

Before setting up, make sure that:

• The operating system has been updated (in case of error messages, check for system updates);
• The computer must be connected either to the UT network with a cable, to eduroam with WiFi or to VPN.
• The user must have administrator rights on the computer.

1. Open the Run application (key combination Win + R or write Run in the search box), enter one of the following commands and click the OK button:
   1.  \\printserver.domenis.ut.ee
      
   2.  \\printserver1.domenis.ut.ee
      
2. Find the right printer from the list and start the driver installation by double-clicking on the corresponding printer. When prompted for a username and password, enter an account with administrator rights.
   
3. If the computer asks for permission to install additional drivers, allow it by pressing the Yes button. Click the Finish button to complete the installation process.
