If you want to create an election in the valimised.ut.ee environment, you must create a ticket via the it.ut.ee portal (at least 24 hours before the start of the elections).
Include the following information:
- Period and election question(s).
- List of voters (attached as a separate document).
- List of candidates (attached as a separate document).
The results are sent to the creator of the election or to the counting committee. Can be adjusted as requested. If results are requested to the commission, the appeal must include the following point:
- Email addresses of the members of the vote counting committee.
Elections close automatically after a predetermined time. It is not possible to reopen later. If you are not sure about the duration of the election, set the end time with a small buffer. Elections can always be closed earlier (e.g. by phone or email).
If you want the results during the meeting, please let us know about it separately (usually it is possible on working days between 08.00 and 18.00, but by special agreement it is also possible at other times).
Please note that the names in the lists do not overlap. The candidate must not be on the voter list (except in special cases). Include this information in the e-mail. If there is no active relationship with the university, it is not possible to participate in the voting.
