Introduction

When using the cloud service, two-step authentication is required: Activate two-factor authentication in Microsoft 365.

Setup

1. On your smart device, open the Apple Mail application.
   
   

2. Select Microsoft Exchange.
   
3. In the Email field, enter your UT username in the format of username@ut.ee and in the Description field, enter the description (for example UT) and press the Next button.
   
4. In the window that opens, select Sign In.
   
5. In the window that opens, enter your UT password and click the Sign In button.
   
6. To authorize Apple Mail, click Accept.
   
7. Select the functions you want to use in the Apple Mail application and press the Save button.
   
8. Apple Mail is successfully set up!
