Introduction
Adding a new calendar to your Outlook calendar is easy and can really save you a lot of time and effort. Calendars can be easily integrated from different environments, such as:
- SIS: timetable
- gmail: personal mailbox
As a result, all added calendars are displayed in one place, which allows you to manage your schedule more efficiently.
Add a new calendar (Outlook desktop app)
- As an example, I will add the SIS timetable to Outlook using the My timetable guide.
NB! The SIS timetable used in the example automatically generates a new link every time you press the iCal link button. - Open the Outlook desktop app.
- Open Calendar from the top left corner of the screen.
- Select Open Calendar → From Internet from the panel at the top center of the screen.
- Enter the location of the internet calendar you want to add to Outlook and click OK.
- The calendar was added successfully, the added calendar is displayed in Outlook.

- Enter the received link in the address bar of the web browser to download the calendar.
- Open the online version of Outlook (https://kiri.ut.ee/)
- Open Calendar from the top left corner of the screen.
- Open the Add calendar from the left side of the screen.
- Select Create blank calendar, set a title/color/charm/group and press the Save button.
- Next, select Upload from file and click Browse.
- In the window that opens, go to the folder where you saved the calendar (the Downloads folder), select the right file and press the Open button.
- Select the created empty calendar named Timetable from the drop-down menu and press the Import button.
- The added calendar is displayed.
