Üksnes doktoriõppe programmi versioon tuleb sisestada ÕIS 2-s.

Järgmisel õppeaastal õpetatava õppekava versiooni muudatused peavad olema kinnitatud ja ÕISis kättesaadavaks tehtud 15. aprilliks.

Changes to the curriculum version taught in the next academic year must be confirmed and made available in SIS by April 15.

Mis on õppekava versiooni andmed?

Õppekava üldandmetele lisatakse-muudetakse igal vastuvõtu aastal täiendavad andmed, mis on õppekava vastava õppeaasta versiooni e õppekava versiooni andmed. Nendeks on eelkõige moodulite ja nendesse kuuluvate õppeainete loetelu.

Õppekava versiooni andmed on jagatud plokkidesse. Versiooni andmed täidetakse pärast seda, kui õppekava üldandmed on sisestatud.


What are the data of version of the curriculum?

Besides the general data there is variable part of curriculum which is called version of the respective academic year or version of the curriculum. It is prepared for the curriculum for each academic year when admission to the curriculum takes place. This varibale part concerns mostly information about the modules and courses.

Data of the version of the curriculum are grouped into the blocks. Version data can be filled in after compiling the general data of curriculum.


Kes kinnitab õppekava versiooni andmed?

Õppekava versiooni muudatused kinnitab valdkonna nõukogu.

ÕISi sisestab andmed programmijuht või õppekorralduse spetsialist.
ÕISi sisestatud andmed kinnitab programmijuht.

Who does approve data of version of the curriculum?

Changes of the version of the curriculum is approved by faculty council.

The data are entered into the SIS by the programme director or academic affairs specialist.
Data entered into SIS is confirmed by the programme director.
