Kui olete õppeaine otsinguga leidnud ja klõpsate õppeaine kaardile, kuvatakse viimase kinnitatud olekus õppeaine versiooni andmed.


Õppeaine versiooni valimine

Õppeaine mõne muu versiooni saate valida rippmenüüst (vt joonis).

Andmed õppeaine versiooni lehel

Õppeaine versiooni lehe päisesse kuvatakse:

  • õppeaine nimetus
  • õppeaine kogumaht
  • ainekood
  • õppeaasta ja semester (sügis või kevad)
  • õppevorm (Päevaõpe, Sessioonõpe, Täiendusõpe)
  • õppeaine versiooni osa (kui õppeainet õpetatakse osadena)
  • õppeaine versiooni keel (Eesti keel või Inglise keel)
  • info selle kohta, millise struktuuriüksuse õppijatele see versioon on mõeldud
  • õppeaine versiooni olek (Kinnitatud, Sisekasutuses, Loomisel, Suletud, Arhiveeritud)
  • kuupäev, millal õppeaine versiooni andmeid viimati uuendati


Õppeaine versiooni lehel on info jaotatud paneelidesse. Ülevaate paneeli dubleeritakse andmeid teistest paneelidest.

Ülevaade

  • Õppeaine liik (Tavaline aine, Kaitsmisega lõppev aine, Praktika, Kompleksaine)
  • Õppeaine toimumise sagedus - ei ole kohustuslik väli; võimalikud valikud on: üks kord, igal semestril, igal õppeaastal, üle õppeaasta ja harvem, kui üle õppeaasta 
  • Kestus semestrites
  • Struktuuriüksus - üksus millele õppeaine kuulub 
  • Lõpphindamise skaala - võimalikud valikud on: eristav, eristamata ja kaitsmine; kui ainet õpetatakse mitmel semestril vormistatakse ainele osadega õppeaine versioonid ning sellisel juhul võib õppeaine versioonidel olla õppeaine lõpphindamisest erinev hindamine

Õppejõud

Õppejõudude nimed, struktuuriüksused ja rühmad, kui õppejõud on seotud rühmadega. Eraldi on välja toodud vastutav õppejõud ning kas ta õpetab. Õppejõu kontaktandmete nägemiseks vajutage (info) ikoonile õppejõu nime kõrval. Piirarv on 50 õppejõudu.

Rühmad

Kui õppetöö toimub rühmades, kuvatakse iga rühma:

  • nimetus
  • õppejõud
  • rühma registreeritud õppijate arv ja rühma osalejate piirarv

Ajakava

Kuvatakse õppe toimumisnädalad ning sündmuste nimekiri.

Tegevused

Õppeaine versiooni tunniplaani vaatamiseks, vajutage nupule Toimumised  (vt joonis).


Võimalik vaadata õpetamise ja õppeainete tagasiside tulemusi, vajutades aine nimetuse juures nupule Tagasiside (vt joonis).


Õppeaine üldandmete vaatamiseks vajutage nupule Õppeaine (vt joonis). Õppeaine üldandmete lehele kuvatakse andmed, mida igal õppeaine toimumise semestril enamasti ei muudeta. Õppeaine üldandmed on dubleeritud õppeaine versiooni lehel.

When you search for a course and click on the course card, the last confirmed version of the course will be displayed. 


Choosing course version

You can select another version of the subject from the drop-down menu (see figure). 

Data of course version

Course version header displayes:

  • course title
  • total volume of course
  • course code
  • academic year and semester (autumn or spring)
  • form of study (Regular studies, Block mode study, Continuing education)
  • part (if course is taught in parts) of course version
  • language ov course version (Estonian or English)
  • the structural unit for the learners of which the course version is meant
  • status of course version (Confirmed, Closed, Archived)
  • the date course version data was of last updated


The information on the course version is divided into panels. The overview panel duplicates data from other panels. 

Overview

  • Course type (Regular course, Course with defence at the end, Working practice, Complex course)
  • Frequency of teaching the course - not a compulsory field; the possible options are: once,each semester, each academic year,every other academic year and less frequently than every other academic year
  • Course duration in semesters
  • Structural unit - unit to which the course belongs
  • Final assessment scale - the possible options are: differentiated, non-differentiated and defence; if the course is taught during several semesters, course versions taught in several parts may have a different form of assessment than the final assessment in course data
  • Can previous learning be recognised?
  • Can be taken by continuing education learners?

  • Form of study

Lecturers

Study groups

When the course is taught in study groups, the following is displayed for each group:

  • group title
  • lecturers
  • the number of students registered for the group and the maximum number of participants in the group 

Schedule

The weeks of study and the list of events are displayed. 

Activities

You can view the course timetable, click Event (see Figure).


You can see the results of feedback on teaching and courses by clicking the Feedback button next to the course title (see Figure).


You can move to the view of general information on the course clicking the Course button at the bottom of the page (see Figure). The general information of the course displays data that is usually not changed in each semester the course is taught. The general information of the course is duplicated on the course version page.
