Setup 

1. Open Windows Start menu or the search bar, type Internet Options and open the Internet Options configuration panel.

2. In the window that opens, open Connections and select LAN settings

Setup (Windows 10)

1. Press the Windows button and click the gear icon.

2. In the opened settings window, type Internet options in the search box and click on the search result of the same name.

3. In the opened window, open the Connections tab and press the LAN settings button.

4. In the window that opens, mark check Use automatic configuration script and enter the Address field as , enter "http://www.ut.ee/utlib.pac

5. Click OK to confirm in both windows.

Disconnect UT Proxy

1. To stop using the University of Tartu's proxy server, open the same dialog and uncheck the Use automatic configuration script option.

Setup (Mozilla Firefox)

1. First of all, follow the instructions for configuring the system's proxy server, and with that, the configuration of the use of the University's proxy server is complete.
2. Select Options from the Firefox menu
   
3. Make sure General is selected on the left. At the end of the opened page there is a setting called Network Proxy - press the Settings button next to it.
   
4. Make sure Use system proxy settings is selected. Click OK.
