HP
During the last few years, the Information Technology Office has developed a good partnership with Eesti Telekom AS, who offer official support for HP hardware and software.
When experiencing issues with an HP device, we recommend bringing the device in for inspection and allow the Information Technology Office to handle the warranty procedures.
If you wish, you can contact Eesti Telekom AS directly for their warranty services: HP seadmete ja tarkvara garantii- ja tugiteenused. The page is available in Estonian or Russian.
Eesti Telekom AS' warranty service is located in Tallinn. If you are in Tartu, your device will be picked up by a courier, which means you will need to package the device safely before the courier arrives.
Lenovo
Official service partner for Lenovo laptops is MarkIT Eesti AS.
To order the warranty service, write an e-mail to info@markit.ee or call +372 666 9900.
You will need the following information:
- Owner of the computer
- TYPE number
- SERIAL number
- Contact information (e-mail, phone number).
After providing the necessary information, MarkIT Eesti will inform you, if the device has an on-site warranty or a carry-in warranty.
