Kuidas Ülikooli kontoga sisse logida
Tuleb minna soovitud teenuse leheküljele.Kui ollakse Kasutajakonto
Selleks, et kasutada Tartu Ülikooli Google Workspace for Education teenuseid, tuleb tellida kasutajakonto luues pöördumiste portaalis: Telli seade või tarkvara.

NB! Kui oled juba isikliku kontoga sisse logitud, siis avaneb selle kontoga seotud lehekülg, vastasel juhul küsitakse sisselogimist. Kuigi võimalik on ka ühes brauseris mitme Google kontoga korraga sees olla (valides enda konto ikooni alt "Teise konto lisamine"), siis sellisel juhul peab väga tähelepanelik olema, millise kontoga opereeritakse. Siin oleks lahenduseks näiteks Chrome’i sisse logida erinevate kasutajatega, kasutada erinevaid brausereid – üks konto näiteks Chrome’is, teine Firefoxis või kasutada Incognito, InPrivate vms režiimi. |

kujul kuhu tuleb sisestada enda Ülikooli kasutajanimi ja parool- logi sisse enda TÜ kasutajanime ja parooliga (formaadis kasutajanimi@ut.ee).

How to log in with UT account
- Go to the webpage of a service you want to use.
- If you are already signed in, the webpage associated with the current account will be opened, othwerwise you will be asked to sign in.
- Although it is possible to be signed in with multiple accounts at the same time in the same browser (by selecting Add another account under your account icon), one must be mindful which account they are operating under. A solution here would be to log in to Chrome, therefore separating accounts, use different browsers for different accounts or open browser in Incognito, InPrivate etc. mode.
- In the Google sign in page you need to enter your email address as follows: name.surname@ut.ee
- After which you will be redirected to https://auth.ut.ee webpage where you need to enter your UT username and password
- After succesful authentication you will be redirected to the Google service webpage.

Starting from June 2022, it is mandatory to use two factor authentication in the University of Tartu Google Workspace. This must be configured within a week after the account has been created.
