Microsoft Outlook offers a built-in translation feature that allows users to translate emails directly within the application. This feature supports multiple languages and is available in the Outlook web version and desktop application (Windows and macOS).
Outlook online or Outlook (new)
- Open the e-mail you want to translate in Outlook → click the More actions button → on the drop-down menu, click Translate.
Outlook desktop (classic)
- Open the e-mail you want to translate in Outlook → click the Other actions button → on the drop-down menu, click Translate Message.

If there is no translate button, go to File → Options→ Language→ scroll down and make sure that English and Estonian both are present. If one of them is missing, click Add a language. |
