Kuidas ja millal tekib uuele programmijuhile sisehindamise aruande täitmise võimalus?

Sisehindamise aruande täitmise õigus on programmijuhtidel, kes on aruande täitmise perioodil (õppeaasta sügissemestril) lisatud õppekava juurde kehtiva suhtega programmijuhiks. 

Juhul, kui programmijuht on lisatud õppekava juurde uueks programmijuhiks ajaliselt:

  • enne uue õppeaasta algust, siis tekib aruande täitmise õigus koos uue õppeaasta ja uue aruande lisandumisega.
  • pärast uue õppeaasta algust, kuid sügissemestri jooksul, siis tekib kinnitamata aruande täitmise võimalus, õppekava andmetes programmijuhi andmete täiendamisele järgneval täistunnil.
    • Juhul, kui isik ei ole varem kunagi programmijuht olnud, siis läheb kõigepealt ööpäev aega, et isikule tekiks ÕIS2s programmijuhi roll ja koos sellega ka sisehindamise aruande täitmise võimalus.

How and when will the new programme director have the option to complete the internal evaluation report?

The right to fill in the Internal Evaluation Report is granted to programme directors who have been added to the curriculum with a valid relationship as a program manager during the period of filling out the report (autumn semester of the academic year).

In case the program director is added to the curriculum as a new program director:

  • before the start of the new academic year, the right to fill in the report arises with the addition of the new academic year and the new report.
  • after the start of the new academic year, but during the autumn semester, the possibility of filling in an unconfirmed report arises in the next full hour following the addition of the programme director's details in the curriculum.
    • if a person has never been a programme director before, it will take 24 hours to acquire the role of program director in SIS2 and with it the possibility to fill in the internal assessment report.
