Open the Apple menu and select System Settings.
Use the search bar to find the Proxies settings and open it.
In the menu that opens, activate Automatic proxy configuration ja enter http://ut.ee/utlib.pac into the URL field. To save, click OK.
The proxy of the University of Tartu has been successfully activated.
