Bing Chat Enterprise is a version of Bing Chat, an artificial intelligence-based chatbot, for employees of the University of Tartu, which ensures that the data used in conversations is protected and does not leak outside the organization.

Note

To request a Bing Chat Enterprise license, fill in the form Request for Bing Chat Enterprise (BCE) service.

If the license application is approved, the right of use is granted for 30 days.

Activating the license may take up to 48 hours from the point you receive the email confirmation.

To use Bing Chat Enterprise, make sure that you have completed the following steps:

You cannot use the Enterprise version when using Edge with a personal account.
Bing Chat Enterprise can only be used with Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome

After successfully logging in, you can access Bing Chat Enterprise as follows:

Go to https://www.bing.com/chat and click the Sign in button.

Log in using your University of Tartu user account (in the format username@ut.ee).

Click the three stripes button Image Added and select SafeSearch.

In the SafeSearch tab, select Moderate and click the Save button.

Make sure there is a Protected icon Image Addedat the top right of the screen.

Open the Microsoft Edge web browser.
Click on the profile picture icon on the top left corner of the screen.
If the user username@ut.ee is immediately displayed, select it, otherwise log in by selecting Add new account → Sign in to synchronize data.
Log in with a University of Tartu user account (in the format username@ut.ee)
If you are signed in to Edge, you are automatically signed in to Bing and other Microsoft services. You can check your Bing account settings here: Bing Account
Click the Bing Chat icon on the top right.

Make sure the extension has a Protected icon at the top left.
