When buying a computer, one needs to consider, what it is going to be used for. A large laptop may be powerful, but on the other hand uncomfortable to carry around. Modern computers are powerful enough to handle most every day tasks. The University of Tartu has signed a procurement contract for purchasing dekstop and laptop computers. This allows our staff to pick from a wide range of machines with good configurations and an affordable price. The university also has a contract with Microsoft, which allows us to use the Enterprise version of Windows and Microsoft Office software. To purchase a computer, please contact the University of Tartu Helpdesk via e-mail helpdesk@ut.ee. |

You must email the Arvutiabi at the University of Tartu at arvutiabi@ut.ee in order to purchase equipment.
If we've found a product that's right for you, we can request quotes from all of the framework agreement's partners. You must keep in mind that procurement contract partners could provide equipment of a similar calibre. When the time for submission of bids has passed, we may forward the best offer to the client for approval. If the customer accepts the price, the order is formalised, and Arvutiabi will get in touch with the customer once the university has the device. |
