Connect to UT proxy 

1. Open Windows Start menu or the search bar, type Internet Options and open the Internet Options configuration panel.
   
2. In the window that opens, open Connections and select LAN settings.
   
   
3. In the window that opens, check Use automatic configuration script, enter "http://www.ut.ee/utlib.pac" into the Address field  → vajuta OK.
   
   
4. Click OK.

Disconnect from UT Proxy

1. To stop using the University of Tartu's proxy server, open the same dialog and uncheck the Use automatic configuration script option.

Setup (Mozilla Firefox)

1. First of all, follow the instructions for configuring the system's proxy server, and with that, the configuration of the use of the University's proxy server is complete.
2. Select Options from the Firefox menu
   
3. Make sure General is selected on the left. At the end of the opened page there is a setting called Network Proxy - press the Settings button next to it.
   
4. Make sure Use system proxy settings is selected. Click OK.
