Kaheastmelise autentimise (2FA/2SV/2FV) seadistamine
- Mine https://accounts.google.com lehele
- Vajadusel logi sisse: Google Account#KuidasUTkontogasisselogida
- Vasakpoolsest menüüst vali Security

- Vajuta lingile 2-Step Verification (Juhul kui sessioon on aegunud, toimub suunamine Tartu Ülikooli SSO lehele autentimiseks)

- Juhul kui kaheastmelist autentimist pole juba varasemalt seadistatud, vajuta avanenud aknas nupule Get Started

- Sisesta telefoninumber, mida soovid teise astme autentimisel kasutada, vali kas soovid teha seda tekstsõnumitega või telefonikõnega ning vajuta Next

- Show more options nupp võimaldab praeguses etapis kasutada ka turvavõtit (Security Key) või Google viipasid (Google prompts), kuid:
- Tartu Ülikool turvavõtmeid ei jaga
- Google viipade kasutamiseks tuleb sama Workspace kontoga enda nutiseadmesse sisse logida
- Sisesta sõnumi või kõnega saadud kood väljale Enter the code ning vajuta Next

- Vajuta nupule Turn On

- Avanenud aknas on võimalik seadistada lisameetodeid autentimiseks

- Backup codes - genereeritakse 10 ühekordselt kasutatavat koodi
- Google prompts - kui logida Workspace kontoga nutiseadmesse, saab selle abil kinnitada sisselogimist uutesse seadmetesse
- Authenticator app - tasuta rakendus, mis genereerib iga 30 sekundi järel unikaalse koodi
- Võimalik kasutada ka Microsofti loodud Authenticator rakendust
- Security Key - füüsiline turvavõti
How to set up two factor authentication (2FA/2SV/2FV)
- Go to https://accounts.google.com
- Log in if needed: Google Account#HowtologinwithUTaccount
- From the menu on the left click Security

- Click on 2-Step Verification (If the session has been expired you will be forwarded to the SSO page of the University of Tartu for authentication)

- In case two factor authentication has not been previously configured, on the next screen click on Get Started

- Enter the phone number you wish to use for two factor authentication and choose wether to receive text messages or phone calls, after which click Next

- Show more options button allows to use Security Key or Google prompts options as well, but:
- University of Tartu does not provide the keys
- Using Google prompts requires you to be logged in to a smart device with the Workspace account
- Enter the code you received via SMS or the phone call into Enter the code field and click Next

- Click Turn on

- The next screen allows you to set up more options for authentication

- Backup codes - 10 one-time passcodes are generated
- Google prompts - if logged in to a smart device with the Workspace account, it is possible to confirm new logins from that device
- Authenticator app - a free app that generates a verification code after every 30 seconds
- It is possible to use Microsoft Authenticator app as well
- Security Key - a physical security key
