- Participants will be sent an unique link for the election. It's only open during the election period. Otherwise, this link will take users to a generic address valimised.ut.ee.
- Example of a link: https://valimised.ut.ee/elections/valimistenimi/
- On scheduled election time, open the link and first set your language by clicking the EST/ENG button.
- Then press the ENTER button in the middle.
- To enter the website, you need to authenticate yourself with a University of Tartu user account. You can do this by choosing the method you prefer.
- You have 30 minutes to confirm your decisions.
- Once you are logged in, you can start voting by pressing the "NEXT" button on the bottom right.
- The first question opens to you. There is a question above and two or more candidates under question.
- you can activate the candidate you like with the left mouse click, which will make your decision bluish.
- To confirm, press the "NEXT" button on the bottom right.
- In the case of the consent-recommendation voting version, in addition to the consent, the candidates must also be placed in order.
- Before final confirmation, the website will ask you again whether you have given your votes to the choices correctly, by showing your choices.
- If everything is correct, press the blue CAST VOTE button at the bottom right.
